和同事出差，頭一次在這住，環境很好乾凈、整潔，出行非常方便，旁邊很多吃的，文化廣場地鐵站就在附近，上哪都很方便，晚上去的波波脱口秀哈哈哈下次還會來的

居住環境舒適，房間乾淨整潔温馨，地理位置也很好，出行十分方便，步行到紅旗街十分鐘左右，氛圍也比較安靜，住了兩天完全沒有噪音的，前台服務態度也很棒！

1.首先是來看病的身體很虛弱，能看得出前台業務不熟練耐心等待拿了房卡上樓找到房間卡刷不開，明顯是沒給開通成功，無奈我實在體力有限就打前台電話想讓他們派人處理一下，電話沒打通，衹好下樓找前台開通，對方嘟嘟囔囔説“開通了呀我，那我再給你開一次吧。”我請問呢？我又沒走錯房沒開通就是沒開通道個歉真誠一點不就行了，沒有任何抱歉的感覺還狡辯，這也算了，我再次上樓，成功刷開房門，這就説明剛才真的沒開通啊。2.一開房門好傢伙一股煙味兒撲鼻而來，明明是禁煙房，這種環境也給人住嗎？由於太累就將就住下，結果晚上躺下這個被子都是煙味兒，給我勾得支氣管炎犯了咳了一宿，一呼吸就是煙味，吃了安眠葯到凌晨三點還沒睡着，這樣的房間真的值得我花200多定一晚乾瞪眼還要吸煙味嗎？（補充1：本人是煙民，對煙味本身有一定的耐受力，能讓我非常不適就很説明問題。補充2:前段時間也在這住了兩日花了將近600塊，也同樣是煙味薰頭住了第一晚，並且沒拖鞋，電視遙控器沒電打不開電視，第二天我去要求換沒煙味的房間才給我換，換了就真的沒煙味了，這就説明該酒店管理方面是明確知道有煙味的問題的，隨機分配就是看誰倒黴，看誰能忍。）
另外工作人員也很積極要好評，我不知道是怎麼好意思要好評的，服務出岔子，兩次還都給我分的煙房，酒店好自為之吧。以後不會再住了，也希望能提醒到大家介意的注意一點。

到吉大一院步行不到10分鐘，走地下過街，旁邊就是文化廣場，樓下就是王記醬骨，再走遠一點有個八大件，菜量超大，便宜好吃，人超多
