Спасибо большое всему персоналу отеля за превосходный сервис! Хочется вернуться опять и опять! Посетили в этот раз баню, это стоит своих денег! Завтрак просто шедевр! Немного жаль что убрали чаи на завтрак, они были очень вкусные вместе с выпечкой. Также непонятна система уборки номеров. Проживали 5 ночей. В середине пребывания попросили убрать мусор в номере, так как до этого в номере не убирались. По просьбе все выкинули, поменяли полотенца и добавили гигиенические атрибуты. Наверное лучше было бы завести таблички на дверь, как это делают в других гостиницах. Очень удобно, ушёл, повесил табличку "Нужно убраться" и все понятно.
Но это мелочи, лучший отель!

真的很差。榻榻米房間進屋我都驚呆了，好像住進了煙灰缸。超級大的煙味混雜着汗味，一張超級大的榻榻米上，鋪着一層床單。是的沒錯，衹有一層薄薄的床單，彷彿直接睡在了地方。四個黃的發黑的枕頭。偌大的卧室，衹有一個充電孔。需要輪班充電，所有的開關都不好使，開燈需要走到門口開。隔壁小情侶説話睡覺的叫喊聲，好像就在我的被窩裡一樣清晰。加上除了鹹菜沒一樣好吃的早餐，憑良心説，不如家樓下五十一晚的小旅館。

酒店不錯，跟湯泉一起的，過年人很多，入住的時候在排隊，我們拿了號去外面吃飯，回來人少了馬上入住了，300不到的價格，兩大一小温泉洗浴，真的太好了，温泉小孩玩的很開心，搓澡排隊的，但是體驗下也蠻好的，搓完回房間睡覺很舒服，房間也蠻大的

非常好，服務好，態度好，衞生好，各方面都很好，。關鍵是很乾凈，很安靜，水也特別的滑，洗完特別乾淨，都是温泉水，沒有以前那麼多人也不擁擠，特別好。

温泉項目在升級改造，但是訂房訊息裏還有，本來就是奔着温泉來的不然幹嘛在這裏住，這個價格基本上全季亞朵都可以了，純純屬於欺騙消費者，太失望了。
