Returned because I liked how clean and renovated the place was comparing to other hotels same price range and same distance from the train station. Desk and wifi were totally useful, the AC and even the kettle are brand new, dehumidify option AC was useful.
Curtains block the light fully, I had good rest. Close the window though, noise from the outside from the early morning could wake you up.
Neighborhood is the minus (people stare) but if you use taxi and need clean functional room, totally recommend

Номер не плохой, сан узел отличный. Вид из окон был не очень. Находится в промышленном районе, по этому нет магазинов и кафе. Идти до цивилизации минут 10 пешком, до центра 10 минут на таси. В целом, вполне не плохо и бюджетно , если вы останавливаетесь не на долго)
