Hong Shi Hui Business Hotel－－Platinum Residence

I stayed for 2 nights. I decided to stay at a place near my friend's house, so I made a reservation because they said it was a hotel that was friendly to foreigners who didn't speak the language, but when I checked in, there was a smell of cigarettes (I knew I couldn't choose the cheapest room, so I asked if I could change to a different room), and they upgraded me to a room on the 17th floor that didn't smell of cigarettes, was twice the size, and even had a bathtub. Oh my.. ＞..＜ !!!!!!!!!!!! The room was spacious and clean, and the staff was friendly. The ashtray next to the elevator was always kept clean, and even the service cookies were delicious. However, when I tried to use hot water in the bathtub, there was no hot water, so I asked the front desk and they told me to leave the water on... Huh??? I left it on for ten minutes? And they told me to leave it on longerㅋㅋㅋ In the end, I left it on for 20 minutes and hot water came out. Is it because everyone uses hot water at the same time? Anyway, I thought it was such a waste of water to have to leave the water running for 20 minutes... The next day, I washed it at dawn, and this time it came out right away.
