Hotel is big and more or less good. Quality of rooms are good especially bed.
But there are following things I really don’t like.
- personal don’t speak English at all
- I don’t know if there are non smoking rooms but mine was smoking with is totally unacceptable in 21 century
- breakfast like 3 star hotel. Dishes made from plastic. No much choice of food. Coffee is instant!!! Crazy.

2박 숙박했습니다. 친구집 근처에 있는 곳 숙박하기로 해서 말 안통하는 외국인에게도 친절한 호텔이라고 해서 예약했는데 체크인 시 담배 냄새가 나서 (제일 저렴한 객실로 선택해서 원래 고를 수 없는 건 알고 있었어요) 혹시 다른 방으로 바꿔줄 수 있느냐 물어봤더니 담배 냄새도 안 나고 객실 크기도 2배인데다 욕조까지 있는 17층의 객실로 업그레이드해 주셨습니다. 어흑.. ＞..＜ !!!!!!!!!!!!
객실 넓고 깨끗하고 직원분들 친철하시고요, 엘리베이터 옆에 있는 재떨이도 항상 깨끗하게 관리해주시고 심지어 서비스 쿠키도 맛있었어요.
다만 욕조에서 온수 사용을 하려고 했는데 뜨거운 물이 안나와서 프론트에 물어봤더니 물을 틀어 놓으라고...엥??? 십분이나 틀어놨는데요? 했더니 더 틀어 놓으라곸ㅋㅋㅋ
결국 20분 틀어놓으니 온수 나오더라고요. 모두 같은 시간대에 온수를 사용해서 그런가? 아무튼 20분이나 물을 틀어놔야 한다니 너무 물 낭비라는 생각이...
다음날은 새벽에 씼었는데 이 때는 조금 후에 바로 나오기는 했습니다.
