前台星宇、小洋的接待服務特別好，酒店房間的衞生非常乾淨整潔，使用的牙具這些都是一次性用品，用着非常安心，睡得也很舒適。設施很齊全，應有盡有，設備也很不錯，很好[強]酒店環境優雅，住着很舒心、很安逸的感覺，周邊交通很便捷。浴室很乾凈，早餐也不錯。

真的超出我預期，這是我們住的酒店當中真的我真的超滿意，我是非常注重早餐的因為必須吃早飯，除了菜品備的很不充分，第一天我們8點多去餐廳，已經沒有可以選的了全是空的，補菜一點 上來就沒，正常這麼大住客量就因該準備充分點，除了這一個小插曲基本都是滿意的，住宿環境也很好。

本次來長春航展，意外收穫的最大亮點就是入住瑞華國際酒店，前台的小姐姐們特別温柔友善，當天的值班經理，還陪同禮賓部的工作人員一起把行李送到房間。除了專業的服務，還有真誠。孩子都不願意走，下次來長春旅行還會再選這家酒店。

總體滿意 設施都很新 不少細節都體現了經營者的用心 衞生做得也很不錯 床枕舒適 隔音良好 早餐品質在我看來是超出了酒店的定位的 好評！
服務方面也不錯 還免費升級了房型
一個小小的建議 房間內的免費礦泉水就不要貼那個免費四瓶 四瓶後每瓶三元的提示了吧 其他方面做得那麼好了 不必因為這點小事被住客心裏扣分的 水是真礦泉水 如果在意成本 可以換成純凈水 説實話 純凈水足夠了~
