Atour hotel offered excellent services though this location was not the best choice. It’s pretty close to the botanical & zoological garden but still better take a taxi to get there. The night show at the garden was a bit disappointing, far worse than the one from Naning 青秀山. Nanhu park was very big worth a visit, take a 20yuen ride. Visited This Hill, a very interesting mall. 馬家飯堂was a ten minutes walk and offered good dishes with cheap price.

酒店離五環體育中心很近，走路幾分鐘就到了。房間硬件設施不錯，電動窗簾、自動感應夜燈，很智能也很方便。早餐挺豐富的，味道也還不錯。服務也好，進門就給了兩杯熱乎乎的小甜水兒，挺熱情周到的。之前還擔心會不會冷，住了才知道室內温度可是太高了，熱得睡覺不用蓋被子那種。

到長春看海來阿木的演唱會。酒店的位置沒話説，步行5分鐘到目的地，另外想去看雪餅猴的，距離也不錯。酒店設施上，床品沒話説，舒適度不錯，mini吧衹看見了茶包，沒有掛耳咖啡。服務也很好，前台，客房大姐都很親切。提兩個不足：一是早餐餐位不足，10點10分去吃的早餐，一開始屋裡沒有位置，需要去走廊的餐位吃，但是外面有點冷，早餐就涼得很快。二是大廳沒有看見自助飲品台，入住時，到前台倒了茶水，但是旁邊的人一直在巴拉巴拉的説，就感覺這杯茶不是很想喝。另外，隔音上，隔壁住客比較沒素質，凌晨還在大聲喧嘩，沒辦法賽了耳塞。還有一點，酒店可能是寵物友好，在走廊見到了一衹狗狗。本人不厭寵，但是，希望提醒顧客注意素質，不要在走廊逗狗，比較妨礙通過。

衞生：亞朵的衞生不用擔心 住的很舒適
服務：從接待前台打掃衞生的阿姨還有餐廳的服務人員態度都非常友好 特色的屬地早餐也是值得一吃
地理位置特別好 離哪都近 很推薦

十一期間入住了這個酒店，地理位置離動植物園還是比較近的，步行大概十二分鐘，入住的最大的感受就是工作人員的服務態度特別好，特別細緻和周到，辦理入住時前台工作人員不僅服務態度好而且為剛進來的客人準備了茶水，並且耐心的辦理入住手續，因為帶着小朋友，所以給了小朋友的一次性拖鞋和牙具，服務非常有温度，房間得環境也是乾淨整潔舒適的，枕頭很舒適，軟硬適中，另外早餐品類比較豐富，還是不錯噠，退房時前台工作人員也是服務態度特別好，耐心詢問住宿感受，而且退房手續辦理很快，最後還送了瓶礦泉水，為酒店工作人員細緻的服務點贊，下次如果去長春還會選擇這個酒店

整體很滿意，出現了問題小程序上溝通了就立馬解決，很喜歡這家的態度與服務，就是希望下次再來能提前告知屋內的哪些產品是可以用的（比如説浴袍，我以為是拿來賣的沒敢使用）然後飲料和小餅乾是不是可以像水一樣免費續呢？真的很需要介紹。

入住一家三口，應該及時補充牙刷拖鞋，礦泉水等物資，但是環境衞生，尤其是電吹風非常奈斯，不是老式的那種酒店吹風機，服務都很好，離南嶺體育場非常近，步行五分鐘的路程，非常開心的一次入住體驗，第一次離店還送了礦泉水，入住時，有空房，立刻辦理入住，沒有等到規定時間，機器人送外賣，沒有自取，停車免費，下次去還會在入住
