Limited family room availability led us to choose this place, primarily due to its affordable price. The room was equipped with a smart assistant system (XiaoDu), but it wasn't very responsive. Cleanliness was only average. What was surprising was that all the advertised amenities required an additional fee, right down to bottled water.

The hotel was spotlessly clean and had a wonderful atmosphere. Its location was excellent. The front desk staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive. Housekeeping was prompt and efficient. All the staff were dedicated, promptly handled any issues, and genuinely went out of their way to ensure our comfort, always putting guests' needs first. It was a truly satisfying stay; it genuinely felt like a home away from home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities provided were very thoughtful.
