全季酒店這次的體驗，是我住過的最糟糕的，沒有之一，實在讓人忍無可忍。
我作為華住的鉑金會員，還是企業用户，晚上9點左右辦理入住時，明明按會員權益應該有兩份早餐，我提前説明第二天會有同事過來匯合，前台卻非要我當晚9點前提供同事的身份證號才給添加。怎麼商量都不通，最後衹能放棄。
更氣人的是，入住後空調完全是壞的——開了兩個小時，設定16度，室温反而從24度升到了29度。我打電話要求換房，前台二話不説就讓機器人送了張房卡上來，連派人來看一眼都沒有。新換的房間正對電梯，我提出不合適，跑到前台溝通時已經熱得滿頭大汗，他們卻堅持説沒房了。可我在華住APP上明明查到有房，就是不給我換！這不得不讓人懷疑，他們早就知道空調是壞的，還故意不處理；而且明明有房卻拒不調換，這操作實在説不過去。
好不容易忍到11點想休息，結果從凌晨12點到3點，隔壁房間住進四個人，其中兩個小孩一直在哭鬧，直接讓我到凌晨3點才睡着。第二天7點去吃早餐，居然還在餐食裏發現了頭髮！
找大堂經理溝通，他説APP上顯示的空房是“臟房”，所以不能給我換。我就想問：臟房能直接掛在網上賣嗎？這就是華住的服務宗旨？溝通半天毫無結果，我衹能打400投訴，可到現在也沒收到任何回覆。
這家店的服務和管理簡直太不負責任了，這樣的體驗實在讓人憤怒，必須嚴肅投訴！

hellohello我來評論啦，因為是自己獨自一個人來長春玩，時間上沒有把控好，凌晨三點多到的長春沒有到酒店的登記時間，所以就得稍微等一會兒。感謝前台姐姐一直陪我聊天緩解，人真的超級超級好！大概七點多的時候店長得知我的情況趕快就通知清潔把房間打掃好了。酒店環境很乾凈衞生，全智能家居體驗感拉滿啦！下次來玩也還會選擇這一家哦

總體來説是很不錯的 比較乾淨 衞生不錯 服務也很好 我們到的第一天是沒有馬桶套的 我就用衞生紙纏了一圈 晚上回來就看到這個了 真的很開心 謝謝這位清潔師 而且前台服務也很好 小姐姐很熱情 也會幫助我解決一些問題 我不愛喝涼水 一直去前台接 小姐姐也很熱情的幫我接了 但是房間隔音的確不太好 能聽到隔壁房間的嬉笑打鬧聲 也能聽到一家人在樓道的聲音 還有關門開門的聲音
