Amazing
GGuest UserIt’s very pretty and the rooms are big, very quiet. The place is very clean. They greeted us very well. The slides were very fun. It was bigger than how it looked in the picture.over all it was a nice vacation from home.
GGuest User“Don’t judge the book by its cover.” This quote can explain everything here at the hotel in a GREEN FLAG alert! :)
First look might be obsolete of non-modern. Gradually was fascinated by overall experiences: wide room with great durability and well-prepared amenities. Breakfast buffet line was MVP! Pinned this place for possible next trips for sure!
GGuest UserThe hotel is very clean, has many amenities, and pays attention to detail in every aspect. They even provide slippers and trousers to change into. And the best part is the private beach; it's very private, quiet, and peaceful.
GGuest UserOverall, we had a decent stay. Only a few things missing.
1. Toothbrushes, comb, and shaving kit should be put in the room without calling and ask.
2. Jacuzzi was not entirely clean.
3. Hairdryer was broken.
4. We requested king size bed but got two twins bed combined. We are fine with that but staff should confirm bed type upon arrival rather than me finding it out by myself.
5. Hangers for towels were very easy to fall down which irritated me sometimes.
6. There was no Netflix.
Breakfast was great. We were surprised that staff can remember her birthday and received a cake which tastes good. Staff were friendly and attentive. Thank you!
TThipkrittaCleanliness needs significant improvement. With a 3 PM check-in and 12 PM check-out, there's a 3-hour window for cleaning before the next guest arrives, so I would expect the room to be spotless. I found a used cotton bud in the drawer below the mirror and a used shower gel bottle left under the bathroom sink. In-room slippers were not provided; I had to request them, when they should really be a standard amenity available without asking.
On the positive side, I loved the room's great view and the beachfront bar, which was a perfect spot to relax and chill out. The bar staff were incredibly entertaining. Overall, other aspects of my stay were quite good.
TtrinlimThe hotel is a normal four-star hotel, but the room is quite large, with a bathtub, a comfy bed, and a view of the swimming pool from the balcony. All of the workers are pleasant and provide fantastic service. The hotel offers a shuttle service to the beach behind it. There is a 7/11 convenience store near the hotel's entrance. It is located on the major road, just ten minutes from Hua Hin's downtown. The breakfast was delicious. Overall, it's worth the money.
PP & G Travels The resort is straight on the beachfront over the road large green areas, fun to ride around on the bikes provided great for the family. It has its own restaurant and cafe on the road front easy access to local food and beach fun.
CChristian “kriss” INWe love the clean, comfortable rooms with modern amenities and great views. The resort features a lovely pool, a coffee shop, free high-speed internet, and conference facilities. Families will enjoy the kids' pool, and kids stay free. The restaurant offers both Thai and Western dishes, with positive reviews for breakfast and friendly staff service. The resort's location is convenient, close to restaurants and attractions, though having a car can be helpful for exploring.
KKungyWe stayed for 4 nights. The first 3 nights were wonderful. The hotel felt very quiet and peaceful, with only about 5 people at most in the swimming pool. But on the last night, things changed as more guests arrived for the long Thai holiday weekend. In the morning of our checkout, we went down for breakfast and were shocked to find the main dining room completely full. A staff member directed us to another dining area on the left wing of the hotel, while our room was in the right wing so it was already quite a walk. Unfortunately, that dining room was also overcrowded. Tables that had just been vacated weren’t cleared yet, the buffet lines were extremely long and even fried eggs couldn’t come out fast enough. The whole atmosphere felt chaotic, with staff rushing around but not really keeping up. We ended up sitting and waiting for a while, but it didn’t help! More and more guests kept coming down and the lines only grew longer. It was disappointing that the hotel didn’t seem prepared to handle the crowds, especially since they would have known in advance about the long weekend.
