The rooms here are absolutely fantastic! Spacious, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The hotel is located right by the beach in a less crowded area, ideal for a romantic date night, just listening to the waves. It's incredibly blissful! I highly recommend it for couples; you won't be disappointed.

Great location and a large house with full amenities, but there was no running water and the toilet wouldn't flush. We had to wait until the next day for a technician to come look at the bathroom, and they ended up replacing the toilet. We had to call multiple times to get them to come out. The next day, we had to request a house change because there was still no running water. There's no deposit required for check-in, but you'll have to call multiple times if there's an issue with the house.

The rooms are not very well maintained, with some small stains on the sheets. The TVs are older models without smart tv capabilities so you can only use it to watch Thai TV channels. There is also no elevator from what I saw, so if you are an elderly you might have trouble going up and down the stairs if you have one of the rooms on the 3rd-4th floor. The beach by the hotel is at the moment full of trash and has a lot of people fishing there making it not so nice to swim.

The staff were incredibly lovely! They provided excellent service, always smiling, cheerful, and gave a very warm welcome. Overall, the hotel's space was well-arranged. However, there's one point I'd like to mention for improvement regarding the window details. The window seals were poorly done, allowing a lot of wind noise to seep into the room, especially at night. The wind noise significantly disturbed my rest and sleep. It's a shame because other aspects of the accommodation were quite good. If the hotel could have a technician fix the window sealing issue, it would be much more perfect and impressive.

Our experience in this hotel is slightly disappointing. I booked the premier beach front room and I got the room which is blocked with trees and I can't see the beach at all. I called and personally went to talk at the reception for this matter, but they said they are fully booked and can't do anything. I gave them options either moving the room on the next day or offering something another option. At the end, after getting ignored and looking for the person who checked us in, finally they gave options with reasons that didn't make sense. We have to leave our room at 12 PM and wait at the lobby till check-in that is at 3 PM to get another room which is downgrading us to the lower category. So we denied and kept the same room instead. Apart from that, the room is neat and clean + good size, swimming pool is amazing. One of the F&B outlets is right on the beach which is great. They have a cute and lovely cafe in the lobby.

The hotel is located across the road from the beach. The beach is sandy. There aren't many people. There are plenty of places nearby where you can eat European cuisine. It's a place for a quiet holiday and enjoying life. There are many elderly people around. About the hotel. The room has everything you need. There is a large swimming pool on the premises. A convenient and large balcony. The rooms are a bit worn, but this does not affect the vacation in any way.

The room was huge! I went with my family and small children, and I highly recommend the family room. It was incredibly spacious and comfortable. Our room had a sea view, which was absolutely stunning. The view from the window was great! The staff were lovely and friendly.

Very chill vibe. Service is amazing from front desk to bellboys at the main entrance to pool guys and restaurant. Mu daughter said she loves the truffle soup!! Make sure to research restaurants outside if youd like night markets. But we love Wednesday night, recommended by the uncle main door guy . Place is for relaxation and exceeded my expectations!

The trip to Hua Hin opened a happy year for us in 2025, and it is the best destination to embrace the Thailand Sunshine Beach and seafood cuisine. The small villa has a large family to live in, satisfying the children's desire to return to the pool in winter, and the family's seafood BBQ in the evening is no more pleasant. Friends who like quiet can't miss this preferred accommodation for quiet in the middle of noisy. There are restaurants and coffee shops nearby. You can drive to Hua Hin Beach in more than 10 minutes. You will come back next time you come to Hua Hin.

Good. The accommodation was comfortable, and the pool was clean. The rainy weather made for a nice atmosphere. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and provided excellent service.
