"Good for families"

"I have stayed at this establishment multiple times for work, typically for extended stays of around two weeks. The hotel itself is very new and the property appears clean and well maintained visually, which initially gives a very positive impression. Unfortunately, my repeated stays have highlighted several operation issues that suggest the property may not be managed to the standard typically associated with the Hilton brand. One recurring concern is with the dishwashers in the rooms. In every room I have stayed in, the dishwasher has had a noticeable unpleasant odor, and they do not effectively dry dishes after a cycle. This has been consistent across multiple stays and rooms. Housekeeping service has also been very inconsistent. During a typical 14-day stay, housekeeping may service the room three or four times, and might be less if I had not contacted the front desk multiple times. On my most recent stay, I did not receive housekeeping for over eight day, and may of ended up being longer had I stayed a few more nights. When service does occur, it is often incomplete. The bed may be made but trash bins are still full, or towels are removed without replacements being left, requiring an additional trip to the front desk. There have also been maintenance issues. On two separate occasions and different rooms, the garbage disposal was not functioning. Finally, when I asked the front desk how often housekeeping is expected to service extended-stay room, the staff member was unable to provide an answer. That interaction left me with the impression that housekeeping expectations and operational standards may not be clearly communicated or managed. Given that this is a newer property under the Hilton brand, I would expect a higher level of consistency in housekeeping, maintenance, and staff awareness of service standards. The hotel has strong potential due to its location and newer facilities, but improvements in management oversight and operational consistency would significantly improve the guest experience."

"Very nice place and excellent value, but with two problems. The soundproofing is poor, but turning on the heater could cover the noise from other rooms. Also I saw a few tiny bugs."
