"The hotel is not far from the city center and safe. The room hygiene is okay, but some places are not cleaned enough and there are residual hairs. The breakfast is American traditional, which is okay. Lack of water filtering machine, not convenient enough."

"Terrible 😢 1539357263990689 We had a car accident and called the hotel to let them know we might not be there, asked to reschedule our arrival for one day. They refused. We tried to cancel the reservation through Trip.com for a valid reason, but were told that the reservation was kept because it was a non-refundable rate. We contacted the hotel to let them know we would be arriving at night, but they refused to check us in, citing the cancellation of the reservation. The prepayment was not returned to us, but we were not able to check into the hotel either. The hotel had free rooms and we were offered to pay for the stay again with a 15% discount. Only in this case were they ready to let us in. I paid for a night at the hotel, but they simply did not let me in."
