Guest UserThis hotel has an advantage in price, not far from Tahoe, driving ~20 minutes, much cheaper than hotels near Tahoe. There are many ants in the first room. There is a $100 deposit, received immediately, credit card is immediately brushed, refund is very slow. The next day, I happened to meet an American black man who was asking for a refund. He scolded the old man at the front desk, but the old man could not solve it. Finally, he said that the manager was responsible for the refund after check-out, but he actually had to wait a long time, some bad! Most hotels that charge deposits will not be directly deducted, but ”collect credit card” messages, let the deposit hold.
