Excellent service all staff friendly Easy to get anywhere around town.

It was a pleasant stay in Future Inn. Staff are very approachable and reliable. The hotel serves delicious food, in huge proportions as well. The hotel is always clean and has a welcoming vibe. Will definitely come back when I visit Cardiff again.

When we walked in the room it smelled like a toilet and suspected the carpet was soiled some how. We asked for a room change but was told the hotel was fully booked. Someone came and sprayed the carpet and that disguised the bad smell for a time. During the night I couldn’t sleep as the smell had returned but seemed to emanate from the Duna. We flipped the duna over but to no avail. In the morning in the daylight we pulled the bedding apart and found a large urine stain on the mattress protector on the underside. We called the supervisor who came and witnessed the stain but said she couldn’t report it to management and that she had no procedure to report it and that we would have to complain to the company ourselves by email.

With large rooms you’d expect a large bed, but no it was just a standard double. Room for a luxurious bathroom? No, it was small, shower over a bath with a flimsy shower curtain. And a rather daft ‘hidden toilet’. Surely then a coffee machine and a fridge with complimentary water? Nope. Just can’t understand what this hotel is trying to be. It’s a Premier Inn with more space and higher prices. The location was pretty awful. A long way from the city centre and currently surrounded by a demolition site. We won’t be returning.

Hotel was very clean, plenty of parking. Staff were exceptional and as I had misplaced my glasses on day 1, they made every effort to locate them, which they did. I'd left them on the cold water dispenser when I when out. The meals in the restaurant where also excellent. Overall a satisfying stay.

Great hotel not far from the red dragon centre. About a 8 min walk to the Millenium Centre. Rooms were clean and there is a bar and resturant. Rooms were tidy and clean with a decent amount of space.

The air conditioning is not cool enough. There is parking space available, but when I return to the hotel around 9:30 pm, there are only a few parking spaces left and they are quite far away from the hotel. The breakfast foods are all quite salty. Service is good.

Lovely room, very comfortable beds, great air con (it was a very hot evening) walking distance of about 20 minutes into city, would stay again

We stayed 2 nights, and our room was not cleaned. The towels were not changed, and the milk tea and coffee were not replenished. Location was OK. Staff were polite and friendly.

Excellent location for both Cardiff Bay and the city centre. Reception staff really helpful. Rooms are very roomy and comfortable. Would benefit from a smaller fitness room.

We stayed in Future Inn Cardiff for the first time and had a great time there. The room was large and good for our family of four. The location was fantastic and well connected to city centre. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The price was right and finally the included breakfast was really proper and fantastic. Thank you.

Hotel had everything we needed including free parking. The room was large and tidy. I would stay again.

Free upgrade was a nice gesture.staffs all helpful.The ambiance also nice. Parking area also sufficient. For driving car trip. Gd choice to take. Will come again next time.

The room was fantastic and breakfast was lovely staff are so friendly, the evening meal was ok not great we had the Xmas dinner and the veg was obviously frozen , so that could be so easily cooked fresh , would definitely go back
