The hotel has a convenient location in the center of Cape Town. The rooms are comfortable enough for one or a young couple. If you plan to walk around the center - it's quite easy. I got to the Waterfront by walking in 20 minutes along busy streets and did not feel any danger anywhere. Small shops and supermarkets around the hotel allow you to cover all your everyday needs. The breakfast is quite meager, but literally around the corner on the next street you can find good cafes where you can have a great breakfast for a reasonable price and a supermarket where you can buy ready-made food. Immediately to the right of the exit from the hotel is the entrance to a beautiful park, from where wonderful views of the mountains open. The staff is responsive and helps to solve all problems. The only drawback is the noise from the air conditioning systems coming from the yard at night.

Very good location with a lot of cafe shops to explore. The economy room is good for long stay in my opinion.

The hotel location is right in the city center nearby the stores and restaurants but the hotel itself isn’t that good and I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying. First I start with room, I was given a sticky room looks like they’ve a sewage problem there and the pipers happened to be all over including the room. I address the issue with the supposed manager and he mentioned that there isn’t a problem there, minding you he was supposed to the manager of this complex when guest is addressing an issue he says otherwise. That being said alone is a reason to don’t stay there. Another is their checkout time is at 10am, yes you heard it right. Checkin is at 2pm and they wouldn’t check you in earlier but you’ve to leave their room as soon as 10am otherwise they’ll have securities to escort you out. I left my medication and other items in a rush to leave because they called the guy downstairs to escort me out. I was never treated like that in any other hotels around the globe, I’ve stayed in thousands of high end, mid grade and low end hotels. This one right here a shame, and for that manager, I don’t know why you there, probably planted there without any skills just because of your skin color.

My experience of staying at this hotel was sad. I was robbed there. They took money from my suitcase in the room while I was walking around the city. Yes, it was naive of me to leave money in a suitcase, although I often did this in dozens of hotels around the world. I contacted the administration, they said that it was necessary to conduct an "internal investigation", then recommended talking to the manager. The manager initially communicated correctly, although coldly, assigned an assistant to me so that he would call the police. Whether they called the police is a big question. The next day, when I asked the manager if they looked at the cameras (they have cameras everywhere), and said that they had a criminal working for them, he said that I cannot call anyone by this term, including him, because the police did not prove it (!). He is a great expert in jurisprudence, but in no way a hotel manager. He spoke insolently and harshly. He also has toxic communication with his subordinates. This kind of communication with a client is shocking. I found out that they recently had a similar theft in November, and this manager said that they fired the thief. It seems that they often steal from their guests. Doesn't the hotel management find this strange, at the very least? If you don't repeat my stupidity with the money, then another unpleasantness awaits you in this hotel - the room smells like sewage. It feels like you're sleeping on clean sheets in a public toilet. How I managed to end up in such a cesspool, I don't know.

+ Value for money! At the time of our booking, this was one of the most affordable aparthotels. + Conveniently located next to the temple, where you can see a concert of street musicians. Across the road is a huge park with tame squirrels)) + The room itself is small, everything matches the photo. Comfortable bed, airy bed linen. In the shower - soap, shampoo, shower gel. In the kitchen there is a kettle, dishes, a welcome set of tea / coffee. + Breakfast was limited, but tasty. If you stay for a long time, then I would recommend taking a room without breakfast. This way you can diversify your menu and in the cafe for money will be plus or minus the same, or even cheaper. + Also upon check-in they gave you a card with which you could take a cup of coffee for free during the day in the coffee shop at the hotel. - Of the minuses, I will highlight the soundproofing, or rather the lack thereof. Sometimes you could hear your neighbors behind the wall and people walking in the hallway. But making noise and throwing parties is prohibited, so sleeping at night was more or less peaceful. - dirty floor. Despite daily cleaning in the room, the floors were not washed at all. - there were no cups in our room. There were glasses for wine/water, but no cups for tea)

I was robbed in this hotel. If you are planning to go to Cape Town, please do not stay in this hotel. There are almost no security facilities. The safe in the hotel can be opened by their own keys. . . There is a door access control for entering the room, but it is not locked at all. . . The hotel is extremely passive in handling customer complaints. I said I would call the police, but they tried every means to trick me into saying that they needed to conduct an internal investigation before they would talk to me until I really didn't have time to call the police. You can tell what kind of hotel it is by looking at this picture. In short, I can't help but tell you, don't go there.

The deposit will be refunded soon. I haven't seen the deposit refunded in two weeks.

The Habitat Aparthotel is located in City Center and close to many attractions. The hotel has a small restaurant where you can have drinks and breakfast. The entire team of the hotel is very co-operative. I booked a room with balcony and that was very spacious and had all amenities, the kitchen was also well equipped. The TV is connected to wi-fi so you can watch any OTT content or U Tube. Overall my experience is very good with the property.
