This is the best place I ever been. Place is beautiful, a very classic hotel, furniture, art pieces, decoration, everything very good quality and outstanding. Amenities, Food, drinks and location is a A+. I have nothing to say about, I am very impressed and still am, it will take me a while to find a place to be as good as this one. Now I want to talk about their services. I don’t know if it’s their training or if it’s the Mexican people, but I received from each and everyone the best services I ever had. No words to discutível how I felt about it. I just want to say thank you to all of you works at Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach, you all made my vacation awesome and I had the time of my life.

Disadvantages: The food is slow to serve. It is recommended to make reservations in advance. The facilities are a bit old, but it doesn't have a big impact. Pros: The food is delicious. The sea water is very clear. Victor at the front desk is very enthusiastic and helped us upgrade the room for free.

Let me start with the good things: all-inclusive, worry-free, food and beverage standards are really good (Japanese food is actually delicious for Asians, especially scallop melt; there are performances every night, the beach is beautiful (you can also walk to the Hyatt Beach next door for free & watch dolphins). Then let's start the complaints: I was in a really bad mood when I entered the hotel on the first day. They said that the whole hotel has sea view rooms, but they gave us a room with the most trees in the whole hotel!!! (I observed around the hotel), as shown in the picture, you can't see the sea at all... The phone was broken and I couldn't call room service or the front desk; there was no refill in the pen, and the device on the top of the door fell down and almost hit someone, the bathroom was old, the toilet cover was peeling and it hurt the skin when you sat down, the shower head was as shown, rusty + seriously clogged... Then the toilet was clogged, we had to go to the front desk to call someone to fix it. The bedding was very damp. At that time, I felt that I was wasting 6000rmb a night. There was no way to make an appointment for free activities by phone, you had to go to one end of the beach to ask, and when you asked, they said it was windy and there were two free kayaks and padel. We couldn't play boarding. When we asked when the wind would be less, we were told that we couldn't play all day. Then they promoted snorkeling (for a fee). After we left, we saw many people playing kayaks two hours later... We were too lazy to cross the entire sun-bathed beach to ask... The food was served very slowly. I don't know if it was to extend the dining time... Many restaurants had seats available but said that they couldn't serve us and we had to wait in line... In summary: If you want to book this hotel, you must be mentally prepared. Your money is spent on food and beach. Don't expect five-star hotel room facilities and services. Secondly, be prepared for endless tips to enjoy good service, otherwise you will be frowned, cold-faced, and neglected... The last two photos are of the rooms on the first floor that were being cleaned. They have much better sea views than the rooms on the second floor where we stayed 😩😩😩

The service is perfect! ! Everyone's service is super good. There is child care, and there are child care next to several restaurants where you eat, full marks! The sea view is super beautiful, the sea water is very clear, and the beach is white. The sanitation is also very clean. The room is a bit old, but it does not affect the beautiful scenery at all. The hotel room was humid and the service provided by staff at various facilities including the beach bar and upon check-in, especially the staff at the beach bar had annoyed faces. I hated it so much that I wanted to come home quickly, and when I arrived in Seoul and opened my bag, all my clothes were damp. Even the money in the envelope and wallet arrived at my house in Seoul (about 20 hours) and when I opened it, it was damp. The hotel's location, view, swimming pool, and beach right next to it are good, and the buffalo wings ordered at the beach are so delicious. The other food is okay too. Perhaps because there were only a few employees, his face was full of irritation, and even when I tried to order, he just refused to order. The hotel is in a great location and has very good facilities. The food is good, and some of the waiters are friendly and enthusiastic. But I have to say a few things. The damp walls of the hotel are all water-stained, and the bedding is damp. It is recommended not to wash clothes during your stay, and dry clothes cannot be taken out, as they will get wet. This should be because it is near the sea. But it is not suitable for long stays. There is another thing that made me very unhappy. I checked out at 12 noon, stored my luggage, and went to have lunch. The concierge at the baggage department asked me if I wanted to take a taxi. I said I would take Uber, and he was a little unhappy. When I came back to pick up my luggage, they didn't store my luggage and left my luggage alone outside the door. I was very angry at the time, and I felt like a guest kicked out of the hotel. It's too much!

The rooms are large, have balconies, and all have sea views. The all-inclusive service is very relaxing, and it is very convenient to order meals. The service staff are very friendly and will introduce their names. The service is very attentive and surprisingly efficient! It felt good for 5 nights in a row.

When I checked in, the front desk upgraded me to a sea view room in the middle and high-end area. I looked out to a whole jelly blue scenery. It was so eye-catching. After staying there for a few days, I felt that I was no longer short-sighted. All restaurants in the hotel are good. Except for the Japanese restaurant, I went to all the others. They all exceeded my expectations. They were delicious and the service was attentive. I particularly recommend the Isla Contoy restaurant on the seaside. The view is amazing. It’s so relaxing to enjoy the view while enjoying the sea breeze while eating. The hotel also unexpectedly provided free round-trip ferry tickets to Isla Mujeres, and a dedicated person accompanied us on the boat. The service was very considerate. In short, this hotel is very cost-effective. I observed that all its rooms face the sea, but some angles are different. Unlike some hotels that have garden view rooms, although the decoration and facilities of the rooms are quite old. , but it does not affect the check-in experience at all. It's just that the beach is relatively humid, so it would be better if it had a dehumidifier.

North American back garden, nice beach, all-inclusive food and drinks in the hotel, and decent service. It’s okay to take a vacation while working and living in the United States and Canada. Domestic people don’t need to go to Cancun.
