Hotel is located at the north east point of Cancun strip, which allows to have an access to the beach at the northern side as well as at the eastern side. Both of the beaches are hidden from big waves by the piers. Turquoize suites are spacious and well maintained with an amazing view of the sea. Hotel territory is big enough for walks around it. Sea view from different spots is really beautiful. Hotel has several pools so that the clients can choose one suitable for them. There are several restaurants and bars in the hotel as well, which brings some diversity of options. Hotel staff is very friendly and polite. Service is really good. Overall nice impression of the hotel. Turquoize suite also has a separate building, which is more quiet and a separate swimming pool with a good view of the sea. Definitely recommend this hotel to all sorts of visitors. The only thing that can be better is the food. I would give 4 points out of 5 for the food, it can be more delicious and special as well as the cocktails in the bars, but maybe it’s because of the “all inclusive” type of the service.

There are no disadvantages to this price. There are 8 restaurants, and we ate them one by one. The steak at Tradewind Steakhouse is especially good. Las Tres Cervezas Mexican food, the home-brewed beer tastes special. There are many swimming pools in front and behind, which are heated at a constant temperature and comfortable to swim. The beach sand is as fine as flour. We played beach volleyball, which was fun. The dessert shop is really attractive, macarons, ice cream, and various cakes 🍰

The room faces the sea. You can watch the sunrise while lying on the bed. The sea view is unbeatable. The food and beverage are also very good.

I recommend this hotel. The location of the hotel is very good, surrounded by the sea on three sides, the scenery is beautiful, and the twin beds in the room are large enough, which is very suitable for families with older children. The hotel's meals are also good, including French restaurants, Italian restaurants, Mexican restaurants, American restaurants, and buffets. There are many choices and they taste very good. The key is that our flight is at 7:30 in the evening. After we checked out at 12 o'clock, the hotel allows you to continue to use all facilities, including meals. This is very humane, thumbs up.

The second time I came, the sea view was beautiful and there were dolphins to see.

The room, the view, the food and the entertainment are all very good. I highly recommend it and I had a great time with my son.

Overall it was good. There were shows every night. Tonight was Latin. Meals were all included. The beef in the Italian restaurant was delicious, and the seafood pizza was average. Among the staff there was a Mexican guy who was tall, handsome, and could speak Chinese. He was 30 years old. His Chinese name was Su Wei. He provided excellent service, spoke fluent Chinese, and was nice. He also had a beautiful nose stud. The buffet lunch was also delicious, and the buffet breakfast was average. The dolphin show was especially good!

The food in the room was ok. The swimming pool was still cool after being heated during the New Year period.

I am very satisfied with the room. There are many entertainment and restaurants in the hotel.

The hotel is in a great location with great views. However, the food was very bad during the two days I stayed there. I don't know if it was because there were not many people and not many restaurants were open. It was not worth the all-inclusive price. Overall, I felt it was not worth it.
