The hotel was excellent. The receptionist was very attentive and upgraded our room to a bigger one. It had all the amenities in the room. Iron board, hair dryer, stove and more. But one minus point for the room which has no air conditioner but they provided fan. Probably their air conditioner was on maintenance during our stay. But overall will stay again!

Cinema. Kids nak main game pun ada. *Sorry makcik x suka ambil gmbr sgt. Jiran shopping utk cucunda. Snap nak bgtaw xtvt mak dia 😁🤭 bantal pemanas tu biasa la makcik guna. 🤣*

I recently enjoyed a short but memorable getaway with friends at Cyberview Resort, and it was exactly what we needed to unwind. The room was spacious, clean with all the amenities required. Sejadah and iron was also provided. Very happy and satisfied. Breakfast was simple. Quiet ànd we have a good night sleep.

We went as a family, 2 adults and 3 children (age: 7, 4, 2), it was a pleasant stay. Enjoyed our short staycation here. Nearby place: Dpulze Mall and Taman Putra Perdana Putrajaya ＜-- the night activities was a convenient attraction near to this Hotel. Overall a pleasant short stay. Tq.

Check in is easy, just press the machine, you can enter after 12pm if it's empty. No staff, only whatsapp, the staff on whatsapp are good, the room is okay and comfortable, only there are 1 small cockroach. Repeat? Maybe

Room: ★★★★☆ I booked a Double Room type, no window. It placed 1 queen bed size. The interior decoration looks attractive Mediterranean style. However, this room does not provide a wardrobe (only 2 clothes hangers). There are only rack cabinet & flats TV with limited broadcasts. No mini fridge & safety box. Electric kettle, coffee, tea & sugar were provided along with roll tissue. The bathroom is very nice & clean. 2 bath towels & 1 small towel provided. The water heater works well. Bathroom toiletries include only one bottle of 2-in-1 shampoo. Amenities: ★★★★★ The hotel will give visitors a parking access card. Visitors are required to park in the basement & in the reserved parking box. The safety features in the parking area are satisfactory. Security guards are often seen patrolling. From the basement parking lift you can go directly to the hotel room level. Hotel's WiFi provided with 27.78Mbps. The atmosphere of the lobby is very pleasant with a Mediterranean-style concept. In one corner of this lobby, there are selling of dry food items & also dishes that I guess are imported from China. Chinese pottery decorations & a book of interpretation of the Quran in Chinese are also on display. Very nice. Food & beverage: ★★★★★ Breakfast is not provided in the package. However, the hotel gaves free breakfast vouchers at the Muslim Chinese restaurant next to the hotel. It's just that the menu options are limited. I ordered Mi Tarik Soup & Fried Dumplings. Anyway, I'm very satisfied. Servis: ★★★★★ The staff service is very good from check-in to check-out.

Value for money. Room is clean and cozy. Just nice for a short trip. A lot of nearby restaurants. Parking is very difficult during lunch or peak periods. During evening and night time, it much easier to find parking at flat rate of RM8 per nite.

it seems a new hotel. need a lot more improvement. but not that bad. security wise is good as it use fingerprint to open the room door but location is a bit ******* as its not gated and quite hidden from other places. room service came only after 5PM, i left room at 8AM and expecting to return and having a nice rest but it seems the room was not cleaned up even at 3PM. they came to clean at 5PM when i already sleeping. also, my room will auto shut everything when i enter room every time. hopefully they can improve on this as its actually quite a nice stay there.
