Business Hotels in Villahermosa

I stayed at this place a few years ago so I decided to stay again. I had a great time. I enjoyed the breakfast as they have local fruits. The hotel was not hard locate and it is has an easy access to other activities in the city. Also there is an OXXO and a gas station close to the hotel. Hotel staff were courteous and respectful and able to answer questions about the city.

Hotel very suitable for night stay in Villahermosa, located near the main routes. Clean and comfortable rooms. Very good breakfast. Good wifi. The hotel meets the protocols covid-19 so we feel very safe.

I had made a reservation at the Fiesta Inn, but after being horrified by the state of the rooms, I immediately asked for a refund and decided to go to the Hyatt instead. Best decision I made, as the hotel feels luxurious with good design choices and overall cleanliness. Service was really fast and friendly too, I can't say anything bad about this hotel. This is the perfect place to book for a business trip or a vacation.

My wife and I took a mini vacation and booked a four-night stay at the Marriott Villahermosa Hotel because it’s ranked as a quality hotel. However, we were disappointed with some issues we experienced. The lobby has a musty smell, and the metal door frame in the bathroom of our room had much corrosion due to moisture condensation from the air conditioner register. A hotel of this category and price should not have these issues. The worst complaint is that we had trouble sleeping Saturday night because of the loud music from a social event that lasted until 4:00 am.

Elegimos este hotel por su ranking en Tripadvisor, 1o. de 60. Pasamos solamente una noche y la experiencia fue terrible. Por la mañana no había agua en el hotel porque ”se descompuso la bomba” (sic), nos informaron que ya la habían reparado y que en unos minutos tendríamos agua. Mientras tanto decidimos bajar a desayunar y nos encontramos con un restaurante saturado, una fila de media hora para que un par de trabajadores te sirvieran tu plato. La comida estaba horrible, los peores chilaquiles que he probado en mi vida, pan de caja, unos jugos super diluidos, el café se terminaba a cada rato, un técnico de mantenimiento preparando los waffles de los clientes, mesas y cubiertos insuficientes. Cuando regresamos al cuarto seguíamos sin agua y a los pocos minutos nos quedamos sin electricidad. En el cuarto había una cafetera pero no había café. Decidimos partir sin levantar una queja ya que había mucha gente reclamando el mal servicio. El hotel no cuenta con estacionamiento y la zona es muy ruidosa por la noche. Considero que el mal servicio no es por culpa de los trabajadores quienes en todo momento estaban dispuestos a tratar de servir y a quienes agradezco sus atenciones. Lamento que los dueños de este hotel intenten obtener grandes beneficios sin invertir suficientemente en su infraestructura y el número de trabajadores.

Excellent place for guest****, good location and safety

This was a one-night stopover. Parking was easy. The hotel was good with nice rooms. The restaurant was surprisingly good. Breakfast was great! So was dinner - not haute cuisine but tasty and filling - and reasonably priced. Its position on a major road wasn't great and would have stopped us either driving out or walking about but as it was a one-night stopover and the restaurant was good, that wasn't a problem. Even with the busy road, the noise was not enough to stop sleep and I'm a light sleeper.

It is the most beautiful hotel in Villahermosa in the infrastructure, a Colonial property, safe living from the wedding, but have the worst HEASTE COCINA you could find, see the photo that I add to the incoming and incompetent Hawaii pizza I asked for. The hotel has a bad manager that does not only understand quality. Sure is the cousin of the owner and that is the problem with local hotels with great infrastructure, they do not understand the language INTERNATIONAL, they achieve a privileged location and infrastructure but because they have no basic standards of hotel and International hostels make many mistakes, this hotel has its restaurant and bar empty as the Marriott and Hyatt are at top, and the reason is that no one could return to such bad Hostelry Experience. They don't understand the business in which they are and sure who carrys all this is a counter who has travelled in your life. I asked my room for a pharmacy today and no one could have received ( 6 pardons + 1 concierge + 1 Bellboy could support me as a customer to take it to my room ) so personal for nothing, And worse even when you pass before them the only thing they can tell you with indifference is that I'm coming to you and you have to pick it out of the hotel with the Bellboy, there were 5 people in reception without doing anything, so that if you don't see customers in the hotel, Not the restaurant or the bar, so certainly the quality of food is so bad, Al not have customers have to freeze everything. I asked for a New York ( horrible and chicloso ) the worst scratch of my life and pizza, nor is it the worst hotel of Villahermosa with the best location and best architecture but bad kitchen, MANTENTION AND RECEPTION If you are a foreigner you don't stay here, see a MARRIOTT or HYATT where you will have a guaranteed quality experience, this hotel does not understand in the category that is

The room that touched us was very good, very clean and both beds and couchs were super comfortable, but we knew that in some rooms air conditioning was broken down. What I don't like for anything was the total lack of respect for staff in the hostel, they are super strict in schedules (which are not published anywhere) they are worth if there are people put in the water and they start putting chemicals to clean the The hotel is located in the centre of the city, and then we try to stay a little more on the terrace next to the hotel, the super-grown merchants who told us you have to consume or you can't be there, that if, they will be demanding their own.
