Best Burlingame Hotels

"Location was ok as we landed at SFO around 10:30pm and just needed a place to stay before our flight on the next day. But beware you might not be able to get on the first hotel shuttle if you arriving in late-evening. There were quite some of airline crews staying at the hotel so the demand for shuttle could be a bit high during late-evening, i was lucky to get on but some had to wait 15 more mins for the next shuttle. Hotel & the room itself is a bit old, with loud squeaking sound every time i used the shower. Also seems the hotel does nickel & dime a little as they charge $4 for a small bottle of water if you are not their top tier members."

"This hotel was disappointing unfortunately. There were mosquitoes inside the hotel, in the hallways and in my room. The hallways were always hot. The floor in the room had multiple stains. Housekeeping had to be requested a day in advance and they were not on a regular schedule. The bed was uncomfortable and low quality (like a motel bed). Everything in the hotel looked cheap. Breakfast was okay (just a regular bare minimum hotel breakfast). The view of the bay was great but that was pretty much the only great thing about this hotel. They do have a shuttle going to and from the airport although they take a long break in the middle of the day (12-3 pm). And when they do pick up or drop off, they don't really have a reliable schedule. As for location, it's close to the airport and also close to a bus stop. There aren't a lot of good restaurants around. The staff overall was okay although on the first day one of the them did not seem to be interested at all and did not ask if I wanted to check in. I never want to go back to that hotel if I ever travel to California again."

"The facilities and hygiene were similar to expectations, but the airport shuttle bus was terrible! The distance was less than 5 kilometers, which should only take a few minutes, but the hotel front desk said it would take ten minutes. In the end, we went to many other hotels to pick people up, and ran to 6 hotels. It took half an hour to get to the airport. People who are in a hurry should be careful. The driver asked for a tip. It took half an hour to travel a few minutes, and I didn't even want to give him a tip."

"Excellent overall. The room was very clean, comfortable, and attractive. Location just minutes from the airport and rental car returns. It's a little isolated, but has what looks like a solid restaurant with a surprising variety of drinks and dishes. More restaurants are about 5 minutes away, on the way is parking for a pleasant bay walk. The only real complaint is the lable/signage on the hotel is out of date, reflecting previous management, so I wasted 5 minutes driving around; hopefully this gets this taken care of soon."

"We were highly let down by our reservation made through trip.com. The front desk made us wait over an hour due to a payment issue with one of the rooms booked through Trip.com. Upon discovering the problem, we promptly reached out to Trip.com for assistance. The customer service assured us of a callback, but unfortunately, we never received one. Moreover, neither the hotel front desk, preoccupied with other check-ins, nor Trip.com followed up on our case. We called Trip.com's customer service many times and finally got the room key. "

"The hotel is very near to the airport by 5 minutes drive and very near to a good dim sum place walking about 7 minutes. The staff named Kathy was super really sweet. We loved her. We stayed there and rented a car to drive around. The room is okay but it's not sound proof as we could hear the door banging very loud and the baby was crying and stuff. After midnight, there was no staff at all so you'd better check in before that. There's no disposable toothbrush so remember to bring your own."

"A good location if you are just transiting SFO, breakfast is very nice, the room is clean, though old and wifi is very stable... VERY friendly front desk, it's my primary choice when transiting SFO if the price is right..."

"Convenient location good restaurant I was in room 5011 Water Pressure was extremely low very difficult to wash shampoo out of my hair. Bed was comfortable. Tv and program selection was good. Airport shuttle was good"

"The location was very good. It’s easy to access the SFO airport. We can take the shuttle bus every 30min and brought us directly to the hotel. The view from my room was also fantastic. We could see the airplane so many times with San Francisco bay in the background. I spent my first day of SFO with coffee and nice view. I was very cozying."
