Rooms are too small and windows too thin , you can hear outside traffic noise. Not worth for the price you are paying. Not enough rooms facing the water . No proper shower room at the pool if you decide to enjoy it while you checkin at 4pm or you checkout late . Limited space to loiter till checkin. Hotel and bar food is good but pricey."

Guests have full access to the entire cottage, located on a private half-acre lot that also includes a separate main home. The main home is a completely independent unit with its own listing and is not included in this reservation. However, please inquire about booking both units together.
You’ll have one dedicated parking space in the driveway. Please refer to the listing photos. Please do not block the driveway, as all guests need clear access to enter and exit at all times.

Florida is a tropical climate, and while our home is professionally treated quarterly, it’s not possible to eliminate all bugs. You may see the occasional lizard outdoors or experience mosquitoes in the evenings—especially after it rains. We recommend packing bug spray for your comfort.
You may notice our lawn care, trash/recycling, or pest control vendors on-site during your stay. These services help us keep the property in top condition and are scheduled regularly.
Trash pickup is on Mondays and Thursdays.

Guests have full access to the entire cottage, located on a private half-acre lot that also includes a separate main home. The main home is a completely independent unit with its own listing and is not included in this reservation. However, please inquire about booking both units together.
You’ll have one dedicated parking space in the driveway. Please refer to the listing photos. Please do not block the driveway, as all guests need clear access to enter and exit at all times.
Other things to note
Florida is a tropical climate, and while our home is professionally treated quarterly, it’s not possible to eliminate all bugs. You may see the occasional lizard outdoors or experience mosquitoes in the evenings—especially after it rains. We recommend packing bug spray for your comfort.
You may notice our lawn care, trash/recycling, or pest control vendors on-site during your stay. These services help us keep the property in top condition and are scheduled regularly.
Trash pickup is on Mondays and Thursdays.
Please place trash bags in the outdoor bin on Sunday and Wednesday evenings by 7:30 PM, so our team can bring them to the curb. The Shorewalk Condo Association offers 2 Pools/2 Spas, Tennis/pickle and basket ball courts, shuffle board and bocce ball court, table tennis, BBQ's, club house with a pool table, large screen TV/lounge area, and an outside dining area. There are clubhouse staff (10am to 10PM daily) to handle your rental/reservations of recreational equipment. You need to bring your pool/recreation pass to use facilities! We provide 4 passes in our condo. They must all be accounted for when you leave or a $20.00 charge each will be taken if any are lost.

This tranquil villa decorated in turquoise like the sea is a newly updated one bedroom, one bath retreat with a walk in tiled shower, full kitchen and stocked coffee/tea bar.
