Worst hotel experience ever. The place was filthy and had a terrible smell from the moment we walked in. The front desk service was unhelpful and unwelcoming, and the whole vibe felt off. The aircon gave off a bad odor, and the pillows were so flat they were unusable. Everything felt dirty and uncomfortable, to the point we had to move to another hotel immediately. Definitely not worth the money — avoid this place at all costs.

The location is great and the room is spacious. However, it’s obvious that the whole property is not well-maintained. The welcome greeting was the odour from the room. Thick dust was still accumulating at each corner. The aged limescale was the boldest statement I have ever heard, not mention that the fixed shower head is way too outdated.

disgusting incompetent staff!!! arrogant and haughty communication at the reception desk. They definitely need to look at their approach to visitors.

We stayed on third floor. Kitchen had everything you would need except no bowls? Laundry in apartment great set up. Comfy bed and great shower. It was quiet and very close to a lovely cafe, a bar and IGA. You can walk to Teneriffe ferry terminal and Gasworks district. We needed something near Royal Brisbane and Women's hospital so perfect location. Easy check in when you arrive before 6 pm

Fairly average room but in a great location. Several items did not work at all. Weekend service is non existent. Holes in the wall at the entry. The pool is about average also. Could be a beautiful place if the up keep was on point. Overall not a bad stay.

Couch was filthy, rooms need tlc and a paint and not enough pillows. Could do with TCL all around

I loved the room and the space we had. Beds were comfortable and the best view. Would recommend

Terrible place to stay, I have travelled near half the world and this is one of the worst place to stay in. first thing first, the hotels got parking but they would rather charge you an extra because outside of the apartment there is a parking ticket. I think the apartment would rather slash your pocket than to treat you like a fair customer. secondary, TV internet never worked and asked the counter to fix it but straight answer it doesnt work. third, bathroom drainage blocked and place was not 100% clean. i think this place is only fishing for price not worried about customers

Washing machine was bad, the dried machine bad too. Too many blankets dusted and the air conditioner at living room wasn’t run

Everything was good expect one. Had a fungal smell in bathroom exhaust.

Let me start buy saying I found a disgusting METH PIPE! , A set of brass knuckles,huge bag of sex toy packages with lubes and so on , disturbingly enough in with the pots and pans. A cap from a syringe so no doubt a uncapped syringe waiting to make someone’s stay more memorable then the no air conditioning and 3 functional tv channels. You would be shocked to know that isn’t even the worst of it. Calling up to report the discovery of I was spoken to rudely and treated as if I was asking for all the stars in the sky. I was told someone would arrive to remove the revolting bag after waiting a hour I was told in a Arrogant demeanour someone has already arrived and left. I asked how could that be possible there was no knock. The person they had sent simply looked at the door and didn’t send a text, call or email. They simply thought “ job well done” and proceeded to leave. management expected me to keep charge of the bag, I went out to see my family , returning at 2am and slightly drunk I proceeded to pack and headed for the hills.

Nice place and clean. I liked the assistance given on arrival.

Better than I expect !!

Convenient to the location of where i needed to be for the weekend.
