Big room, super clean, great views, very good location with many small restaurants and nightlife around. Very copious breakfast with enough seating. Efficient laundry room. One window in the guest room can be opened. The aircon was not noisy! Bed linens of the highest quality. Special thanks to the most helpful staff at the reception. Xiao Pan and Sha Sha earn special points for helping me with a Captcha with Chinese characters! Free transfer from the railway station and back to the airport. 100% recommended.

We enjoyed our stay at the Turpan Hampton by Hilton very much! Front desk 米然美丽 was very professional and helpful. She made us feel welcomed and provided lots of great tips on local attractions. The room was excellent as well. We highly recommend this hotel!

Good, modern and clean hotel. Service and breakfast were very nice and we were picked up from the train station on arrival by Kai. The hotel also has free laundry facilities.

Overall, a good stay. Kai was very responsive from the start and connected on Wechat. He suggested a driver and car for our trips in a short time. Breakfast has a large variety of food.

Lovely and quiet hotel. Extremely helpful member of staff called Kai. Helped with anything I needed. Comfy beds. Very central.

Solid hotel that maintains the Hampton branding. Big shout out to the housekeeper (I don't get her name, she's a young lady) who was so enthu. She kept our room spotless and so well supplied with bottled water the 4 nights that we stayed there.

In my opinion, this hotel is the most luxurious hotel that you can get in Turpan. It’s affordable and the service was very good. 小刘 was especially helpful in making sure our needs were met. I definitely recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Turpan.

Really exactly what you would expect, super new and clean. Perfect location. On this visit Xiao Liu has been especially helpful in helping us plan our day and arrange a driver. She’s the best!

One of the most modern hotel in turpan. Receptionist is very helpful. There are shops and eateries around the hotel. Room is spacious and conformable. Breakfast has good spread.

Hotel location is perfect with many eateries and shopping areas nearby. Breakfast is perfect with many choices. What really stands out however is their service. We were given a free room upgrade when we arrived. The view from the 15/F through the large bay windows is just superb. The hotel manager speaks good English and goes out of his way to assist us getting our excess luggage sent out by courier. Our train tickets to our next location (Urumqi) were cancelled the day before our travel and the manager gave us good advice on the options. Other hotel staff were very courteous. Nice free transport to the train station when we left too.
