Over all, this place is far from the word hotel. It is not impressive. The room is not in a good condition and at 5pm I had to still wait for the room for 1 hour to check in. The water pumper in the bathroom was broken. The water broke out and it flooded all over the place. The phone was not even working when tried to contact the reception. We had to walk a distance to the reception. I had to contact the app agency instead to get the contact of the hotel. The bathroom itself is a nightmare. The shower gel is a low-quality one. Do not expect anything from the breakfast. And that is all from me. Poor staff. They have to work with effort when the hotel management and facilities are the worst. Please just close the hotel if you cannot handle it.

The hotel is quite old. The kid swimming cannot use due to lack of maintenance. Breakfast is ok. The room is a bit outdated. Staffs are quite friendly and service-minded.

Room old and light not enough and room look like not cleaning before new guess check in and Toilet very dirty. Breakfast is suitable for room rate and staff nice.

The place is a bit dated, but building A is renovated and executive room is good enough for the price. Breakfast is fair, and got some European/Thai food. 2 swimming pools, one with slider. Staff is friendly and helpful.

At night, the entrance is a bit dark. There should be brighter lights.

The kids can play in the water all day long. It takes a long time to travel from the accommodation to find other tips. It's convenient. The kids can try riding elephants in the forest. They can play in the water park at Silical World in just 5 minutes.

The hotel check-in is very convenient. The overall environment is like an open manor. The surrounding environment is very green and there is a swimming pool. However, the facilities and decorations in the room are very old, and the breakfast selection is very limited and not very delicious.

The room is not soundproof. You can hear the sound of water from the room above and to the side every time you use the bathroom. The TV is small and the signal is not clear. The parking area and walking to the room are inconvenient. It is quite a long walk.

The morning front desk staff should be replaced. They don't welcome guests at all. It's really bad.
