Very good experience with this hotel. We stayed here for our last 2 days in amsterdam, it was fabulous. The receptionist upgraded our room, the room is huge with all the necessary supplies, a bit of surprising that they do not provide toothbrush aset in the room, but you can easily request that from the reception. The breakfast selections are very rich, we enjoyed very much! Wide selections of drinks, cold food and hot food. Champaigne, coffee, tea, juice, milk, we tried everything and not one is disappointed! Many selections of bread, cheese and sauces. I'm hungry again by recalling Even provide honey comb! Not to mention, the cafe and restaurant staffs are all very friendly and happy. They offer free shuttle bus from/to Airport every 30minutes from 6am to midnight. You can take the free ride just by waiting at airport (hotel buses station) or the hotel lobby. I personally found this information on social media but not on the official sites, it would be better if they could include the instructions in the bookings or website. Also, the waiting time is not specific and constant, it would be better if you would do something about it. Oh! The shower gel and shampoo provided are very good! Nice scent with good texture. I would love to buy a set if they sell. Just the down side that the front reception do need some training on service consistency. 1. We politely asked about the spinning wheel when we check in at night(10pm), the first older male receptionist instructed us to come back tomorrow daytime to join for free. In the morning, the daytime female receptionist said we are only allowed to join the contest when we check-in. That's really disappointing and we thought, why would they lie to us? Probably they are not familiar with the service providing. 2. We found a brochure in the room, ”opt out for cleaning service for 5€ voucher”. Asked the receptionist about this on the next day, she immediately said that offer is no longer available. My partner said, ”we cancelled the cleaning service yesterday for this, why do you still put the brochure in the room if it is not available anymore?”. Then only she apologized and gave us a voucher. Thanks to that, we enjoyed a good fries from the Sports Bar with the voucher.

Hilton is next to Sheraton, just further down the same walk way from the airport/train station. It’s what u expect of a 5 star, spacious and grand. Service response is fast. V comfortable bed n good amenities (need to call to ask), though we pay a higher premium, i would say it’s good value for a well deserved rest🤗 Don’t forget to try out the spa!

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Amsterdam Airport Hotel and Conference Center and found it to be incredibly convenient. The hotel is located just next to the airport terminal, with a covered walkway that makes it easy to access without worrying about the weather. Small room but cute and convenient. The room is very small but also very convenient. It's perfect for a one night stay while going to or from the airport. I loved the short and funny messages in the room and throughout the hotel (a few of them can be seen in the pictures). It has a small tablet by the bed, from where you can control everything such as the lights, the curtains, the TV, the radio.... It even has a cozy option, and if you choose it, you get relaxing music, curtains go down, and you get cozy lighting. The bed is big and super comfortable. The room was very quiet. I had a great night's sleep. The only thing that I'd like to see an improvement on are the pillows. They are both too thick, and it was uncomfortable for my neck. The breakfast was generous, and there were a lot of vegetarian options. It's just a short (and easy) walk from the airport or the coaches (such as the Flix Bus). You can walk all the way into the check-in counter at the hotel, with the airport trolley. Very convenient! There are trolleys at the front door all the time. You do the check-in yourself, but there is always a person to help. The staff was very nice and friendly. I definitely recommend this hotel.

We have stayed here a few times, and we will be back because it is a great experience each time. It is quiet and the rooms are large and comfortable. The bathroom is also spacious. The hotel is dog-friendly, and the location is beside a forest. Perfect for walking dogs, or just for going for a run or hike if you do not have a dog. Breakfast is plentiful and has many vegetarian options. The staff is super friendly. It is worth noting that the shuttle bus to the airport is free; in other hotels, you have to pay for this service. No complaints from our side. We will be back. 😍👍🏻
