The room is spacious and clean. We upgraded the South Building, which is closer to the Water World, and it is a lake view room, which is very convenient for bringing children.
Various activities and naughty castles are arranged on the first floor. Kart tickets and handmade coupons are given upon check-in. The children have a lot of fun. One-stop baby walking is easy and comfortable. The hotel service is also very considerate. The consultation and service are very timely and the attitude is also very good.

The day before check-in, GO Jayne contacted us and communicated the check-in time and requirements in detail. When we checked in the next day, Jayne was very enthusiastic to send us to the room and met our various needs very efficiently. She came to us for dinner and chat during the buffet that night, which made us quickly integrate into the warm atmosphere and environment of the resort. Every day of our stay, she would ask about our elderly people's well-being, lovely and attentive! When we left, she waited for us at the front desk to see us off. She is really a very good friend! Our fitness coach Luke is very serious in class. The dance class is quite atmospheric. The basic strength class is explained in detail and professionally. He also chatted with us about everything during dinner. He is a very sunny boy! There is also the hotel general manager Tony Yang, who is gentle and elegant. He will appear at the door of the restaurant on time every day to greet everyone; the hotel manager Roy Huang, every time we dine, he is in the restaurant serving guests, very nice! During the May Day holiday, the hotel has a fireworks show every night, and there is also a big show on the night of May Day. It can be seen that every employee is very responsible! A few more points:
1. The neighborhood is smaller than traditional Mediterranean resorts, so there are also restrictions on the venue and facilities for activities. Despite this, we have to find happiness on our own. We have fitness dance at 11:30 am, basic strength training at 2:00 pm, and swimming at 3:00 pm. The day is still fully scheduled.
2. There are more people playing large and small ball games, and there are very few people in yoga and fitness courses. In addition, the resort also has karaoke and mahjong, which need to be booked in advance at Yiba.
3. The outdoor swimming pool for adults is indeed restricted by the weather. The outdoor temperature is not constant, so it cannot be used when it is cold.
4. The neighborhood is divided into different modes of only breakfast and all-inclusive. The all-inclusive package includes a buffet restaurant, a hot pot restaurant, and snacks and drinks at Yiba. The buffet restaurant has three meals a day, and the hot pot restaurant seems to be only available at night, and reservations need to be made 2 hours in advance. However, the hot pot restaurant is not currently self-service. The fixed seven or eight dishes can be refilled for free, and additional dishes need to be paid. There is also a paid Sichuan restaurant.

Hygiene: Very clean and tidy
Environment: Many delicious restaurants nearby can be reached on foot, which is great. I like the scenery at the elevator entrance. There is a pot of green plants next to the glass window.
Service: The service is very timely and thoughtful. What impressed me most was that when I came back and entered the lobby, the PA aunt who was doing hygiene in the lobby said hello to me. She was really enthusiastic. The waiters in the breakfast room were also very enthusiastic.

Facilities: There are smart homes, which is quite good. However, some facilities are aging, especially the shower in the bathroom cannot be fixed, and the bath is very inconvenient.
Hygienic: It can be seen that the carpet is dirty, and then the room smells of smoke, there is a window, the ventilation is very poor, resulting in the smell of smoke not scattered all night, until the early morning, I have not fallen asleep.
Service: I didn't find sandals and slippers in the room. I used the room landline to call the room service phone. I dialed several times and no one answered. I called the main station and called three times before someone answered. I asked if the hotel did not provide slippers. I asked if the room service was available. If not, other help could not be provided.
Environment: The appearance looks tall, the actual elevator and other public places can be seen to be old, and there is also a big smell of smoke in the elevator.
