I like the scenery at the elevator entrance. There is a pot of green plants next to the glass window. Service: The service is very timely and thoughtful. What impressed me most was that when I came back and entered the lobby, the PA aunt who was doing hygiene in the lobby said hello to me. She was really enthusiastic. The waiters in the breakfast room were also very enthusiastic. Facilities: There are yoga rooms, gyms, self-service laundry rooms, tea bars, and chess and card rooms. "Our entire stay, from check-in to check-out, was incredibly smooth. We've stayed at Club Med in Lijiang before, and this experience at Heilongtan was a bit different. When our car arrived at the hotel entrance, there were no bellhops to assist with luggage, and the lobby felt rather disorganized with no one to greet us. This might have been due to it being a weekend and our late arrival around 10 PM. However, it still felt a bit lacking and forced. That said, it doesn't detract from an otherwise excellent review. Apart from that one point, everything else was practically perfect. There's nothing to complain about. This trip was for two adults and one child, focused on spending quality time with our little one, so we didn't arrange for childcare. The facilities were very comprehensive, and our child had an absolute blast. We even caught a fireworks show the night before we left, which was a nice stroke of luck. Breakfast was quite varied, and there was plenty of seating. Despite the weekend crowd, everything was well-organized with no chaos. We stayed for two short days and will definitely bring our child back to play again. Vivi from Guest Relations provided attentive care throughout our stay, making our family feel very at ease and ensuring all our requests were met – absolutely fantastic! I forgot to take photos in the end, so I've used a few official ones. A bit of a shame, but I'll make up for it next time."
