It was my first visit harris with my family, i book 3 rooms in this accomodation, and all the room is good with a stunning view to the pool and the green area, Also the pool in good condition, my kids very happy after swim can play @playground with the helpfull staff. Thank you harris

A very nice hotel, the environment is quite & clean. Also really kids friendly. The hotel staff is also kind. No regret!

I waited for 2 hours to get my room ready, maybe bcause there was a wed party at the same time..but Mr Dion helps me a lot.

Pleasant Stay at HARRIS Hotel Malang I had a very enjoyable experience staying at HARRIS Hotel Malang. The staff were warm and welcoming from the start, and the check-in process was smooth. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable — perfect for a relaxing stay. The pool area was a nice spot to unwind, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and pleasant. It’s also conveniently located, with easy access to the city center and other attractions. One thing that could be improved is the breakfast selection. While the food was okay, the variety was quite limited compared to what I expected from a hotel of this level. Despite that, I still had a great time and would consider staying here again. A nice place to relax while exploring Malang

I had a good stay here. The receptionist was friendly, the room was spacious even though it's an old property. We loved the pool because the water was warm. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay. We would come back next time.

Hmmm, the water heater and frigde does not work properly in my room. It'd be better to give rating if they can fix it earlier. The scenery is beautiful enough. Highly recommended 😉👍🏻
