The room I got was on the 2nd floor and did not have any views, but other rooms' windows. It cost ONLY 91 cabadian dollars because there is a subway underneath. I got an upgrade to another room on the same floor, which was just a bit far off the subway line. It was a bit annoying as the subway noise only vanished from 2300 to 0500. Be aware when you book this hotel. It was not mentioned in the description at all that there is a subway line. I would not book the hotel if I had known it. The location of the hotel is not that great as well.

They didn't allow us to Change the breakfast for lunch or dinner, even tho that is included in the reservation

This is such a great accommodation that we really have nothing to complain about. (1) good location, very near the metro but not too near to be bothered by the sound of the train (2) very comfortable furniture with elegant design (3) a top-notch breakfast buffet with so many options to choose from - the best we have experienced so far. This will certainly be our first choice the next time we come back to Shanghai.

It‘s a new Hotel close to a Metro Station where you can take 2 Metro lines. The connection to downtown and to tourist attractions is fast. The beds were super comfortable and the rooms clean. You feel and hear a rumbeling sound when the metro passes underneath the hotel. Since the metro doesn‘t run between 11pm and 6am it‘s no problem during the night. We can totall recommend this hotel.

It depends on what type of services you need. The room that I had booked had poor sound insulation , I can hear what the other room is talking about and even the intimate part. The underground train that passes by every 3-5min early in the morning will actually cost slightly vibration and sound as well. My advise is that those who are light sleeper to avoid this hotel. However the room is very clean and projector tv is a plus point

The room was big enough for 2 persons. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the bed comfy. I wouldn’t mind staying here again.

Had an excellent stay. They have good amenities and cleanliness was top notch. Specially 5 Starts for ELLIE who was very helpful throughout the time. Looking forward to stay again next time. Cant forget to mention they have free laundry services.

The room size is huge, comfortable beds. Very comfortable room for family of 3. I read some comments on noise level , during my stay, we didn’t experienced such an issue though the hotel is by the roadside. It’s very close to MRT station. Gardens at level 5 is a cool spot to spend some time at night. Overall excellent!

Excellent front desk service, with little gifts upon departure. Wonderful shower! Nice, cool AC. Great, very large balcony on 5th floor. West Bund running-cycling-walking paths less than a kilometer down the road. All around great experience.
