Place is clean and can easily accomodate all my family members of 5 adults for a two bedroom aprtment. Service was good n confirmation was fast n will definitely come bck!

We did not receive any information that the hotel was under renovation, which resulted in many of the hotel's facilities being unavailable. The room smelled damp and some areas were not cleaned

Really happy with our accommodation! We had a lovely room so close to the beach, and the service was amazing! Would come back!

The hotel failed to inform us that it was undergoing renovations. As a result, many services were either disrupted or completely unavailable.

A lot of ongoing renovation. Also make sure room is clean cause the day we check in a lots of dust but the house keeping staffs doing a good job by cleaning and mopping within minutes. Good location 15mins walk to the Spring Shopping Mall

This time do renovation on the ground floor ...i stay second floor ..very noisy cant rest.they work from 740am -5pm.

So far baguss, yang jaga kaunter so helpful and always answering my calls and my needs. My family have a great time in here. But only if the tv is working properly...

the hotel staff start their renovations in early morning and make noise sound comes from the drilling thing.
