"Overall good, convenient to go out, go to the river walk at night, watch the San Antonio church light show, walk, also visit the Alamo Battle Site, go to the 18th century Spanish Missionary Historic Site Park, good 👍, the hotel parking almost got oolong, the parking space next to the hotel wall belongs to the platinum member, And the road at the entrance of the hotel ⬆️ belongs to one-way traffic. On the right hand side of a red light, there is a Dameile fast food restaurant next to the parking space for ordinary customers. If you park on the edge of the wall, you will attract a police car to issue a ticket."

"The hotel itself is very nice, and the valet and bellhop staff were exceptionally friendly. The location is excellent, right on the Riverwalk, and the bed was very comfortable. The shower had great water pressure; however, if you’re tall, the shower head placement is not ideal—my husband is 5’10” and had to duck to use it. We would consider staying again, but on our last morning the toilet clogged and overflowed onto the floor. This was frustrating, especially since very little toilet paper had been used. Most people would consider a toilet overflow an urgent issue that requires immediate attention. We called for assistance, but no one ever came. It seemed as though staff assumed they could wait since we had a couple of hours before checkout, which was disappointing. As a result, my husband had to go to the ground floor to use the restroom, and we had to navigate around toilet water on the bathroom floor while getting ready."

"Lisa - Review house-keeping routine/policy, currently room service is every 3-days and this does not work for our stay. We were there 4-days and on day 3 room wasn't cleaned. Bathroom doesn't have a fan so moisture stays in the room too long as hanging towels over shower bar didn't dry out towels and this cause mildew smell. Trash cans only had 1 plastic liner. Went to check-in counter and requested clean and the next day didn't arrive so i saw the room cleaner with her cart and got fresh towels. On arrival the room had only 3 fresh towels in the bathroom which should have been 4 Suggestion of Improvements 1 - Complete Room service every 2 days 2 - Automatically deliver fresh towels daily as the air is very humid 3 - Trash cans to have multiple plastic liners inside so when trash is removed then there is another one ready to be used, this will keep trash cans cleaner 4 - Review number of occupants and have sufficient fresh towels in the room, 2 people equal 4 towels. 5 - Add bathroom evacuation fan so that moisture from a hot shower will be removed quickly 4 -"

"Oh... I was bitten so many times by mosquitoes. It was really annoying. This is the first time I was bitten so many times by mosquitoes when I stayed in a hotel!!!!! The room had a bit of odor, but it was fine after I opened the ventilation. Everything else was fine!!!"

"The Riverwalk Plaza is located near other bars and food places. It is great for families, in their lounge they have movies, chess and other family games. On the other side you will find the Gavel. Good bar and great atmosphere, did not try any food but their drinks were on point."

"Easy check in and out. Generous breakfast and dinner were included and we had a nice view of the Riverwalk while eating our meals. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and clean. You could just sink into the beds they were so comfortable. I loved the amount of pillows and how comfortable they were. Wish I could've brought one home with me. Didn't get in the pool, but it was nice just sitting out by it."

"No hot water, water wasn’t even luke warm like they’ve stated and they don’t offer any discount because of this!"

"Pros: Location, Front Desk Clerk service ( Latoya was very helpful and friendly), Price Cons: Hot Water Issue, some small cleaning issues This is a get what you pay for type of motel. This is by no means a 5 Star hotel, but was exactly what I needed for the weekend. Would stay here again."

"Very close to the airport, outside the arrival hall, the airport bus stop to call the hotel, and it will be there in a while. The hotel is very warm, the lobby on the first floor is very comfortable, the breakfast is very convenient, the room wall is brick-style, and the staff is very friendly. There is a swimming pool and gym. There are shopping malls around. It's just too hot."

"The experience was lovely, customer service was perfect, and the location was great. However, they can work on valet service and the cleanliness due to mildew on the ceiling of bathroom. Lastly. I do wish I had time to try their breakfast but I wasn't able to due to my schedule, it's a nice touch though. "
