"Great location, it's in walking distance to the Riverwalk. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The vale were very helpful getting us our vehicle every time we needed it and helped with our luggage. Great family game area with games like monopoly, scrabble, and chess. Cafe un hotel had giant pop tarts and amazing capachinos! The room was spacious, comfortable, clean beds, and cute mini fridge! In all, I loved my stay!"

"The hotel itself is very nice, and the valet and bellhop staff were exceptionally friendly. The location is excellent, right on the Riverwalk, and the bed was very comfortable. The shower had great water pressure; however, if you’re tall, the shower head placement is not ideal—my husband is 5’10” and had to duck to use it. We would consider staying again, but on our last morning the toilet clogged and overflowed onto the floor. This was frustrating, especially since very little toilet paper had been used. Most people would consider a toilet overflow an urgent issue that requires immediate attention. We called for assistance, but no one ever came. It seemed as though staff assumed they could wait since we had a couple of hours before checkout, which was disappointing. As a result, my husband had to go to the ground floor to use the restroom, and we had to navigate around toilet water on the bathroom floor while getting ready."

"The hotel far exceeded my expectations. The free hotel shuttle is available, but you need to call the hotel for pickup at the airport. The room was spacious, brightly lit, and relatively quiet on the fourth floor. The air conditioner cools quickly, although it's a bit noisy. The shower's warm water comes on fast. Overall cleanliness was not bad, though there were some stains and a long hair on the towel. The bedding was very comfortable, and I had a good rest."

The hotel offers quality, professional service — the front desk staff, breakfast buffet, and housekeeping were all very good and friendly. While the property felt somewhat dated, it was clean and well maintained. The bed was especially comfortable and provided a great night’s sleep."
