Embassy suites never disappoints!

Everything was an amazing experience.

Not good!! Arrived at 4:00 and have to wait until 5:00 to receive the room. Very bad AC system! — for breakfast is useless nothing to eat. Super limited stuff. Parking costs 50$ a night which is ridiculous. Very old furniture and not comfy at all.

We were celebrating our grandson's 9th birthday. We had a wonderful time. The accommodations were superb. We could not gave asked for more.

Your breakfast omelettes made by Noe were amazing! Not only delicious with lots of options but amazing to watch Noe make them!

One of the nicest embassies I’ve been to. Hotel decor was gorgeous, staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast staff were outstanding. This breakfast layout was top notch, the chef was very accommodating and staff super helpful. Will book again 100%

This is the best hotel we have stayed at in San Antonio. EVERYONE was friendly and helpful. The amenities were great. We took advantage of the breakfast and pool every day and then were able to walk over to the riverwalk. The restaurant was delicious. Oh and the restaurants right next to the hotel were great for quick, fun food.

Utterly disappointed by the security of this hotel, specifically in the valet. My in-laws got their car stolen from the valet and the staff refused to cooperate with the police to show footage of who they “accidentally’ gave it away. You trust them with your vehicle, pay an additional $50 per day for valet just to get your car stolen due to their negligence.
