Very easy to find and check in, great room: lovely views, so clean, tea&coffee supplies, great shower, a/c, everything we needed. Comfortable bed, lighting was good and loads of space. Very close to the underground, easy to cycle to centre of city. Highly recommend.

My first room came with a shower straight from a horror movie - just two settings: "boiling hot" or "STRAIGHT FROM HELL'S KITCHEN!" 🔥🔥🔥 Had to switch to Room 2 where I was greeted by a previous guest's cigarette butt (free souvenir?) and some tiny roommates having their own little party (pest infestation included at no extra charge!). #RoommateSurprise **Service: 🌟🌟** "Complimentary late checkout" = being locked out for 30 minutes contemplating life choices in the hallway! 🚪 WhatsApp "customer care" moves slower than my grandma's internet! Had to explain basic faucet operation like I was teaching rocket science, and when locked out, had to share ALL my personal info AGAIN. Privacy who?? #WaitingGameChampion

The position is ok, the room and breakfast is good. But the service is not as good as I expected. I booked a room with breakfast for two, you need to check in both to get pin and room number. If one is early, he has to wait until both checked in. Anyway it is not that kind of hotel i would book again.

The service is very good, the room is relatively clean, the transportation is extremely convenient, the neighborhood is very safe, there is a subway station at the door, and it is very convenient to travel. You can take a taxi at the door, and there are two large supermarkets next door.

To check in, it's online and it's a pain... sometimes the lockers fail and you have to wait for someone to come... which can easily take about 30 minutes. There is no one at reception… only specific hours on some days…. Of course, sleeping there is very quiet and very well located because you have the metro and bus station next door that immediately takes you to the center. Very good cleaning and they always leave you some details for breakfast such as coffee capsules, tea bags, potatoes, a cold drink in the refrigerator….
