This is the best value for money motel in Rocky. The staff can not do enough to please. A little out of the main central area but near the river walks and pool complex. Crisp linen on the beds and a clean bathroom. I would go back again.

Depends on each room - newly renovated ones will have a better shower space and doesn't have an old smell. The sofa was very dirty in the room we stayed.

I stayed here for one night when I was passing by. The mattress and quilt were not very clean, so I left immediately at dawn.
