Very nice hotel with big rooms size of a house. Great breakfast. Problems with hot water for more than 2 persons. I would take it any day again.

This hotel comprises of villas and therefore are good for families. Dayan and Shuhe ancient towns are a short ride away. The staff are friendly and helpful.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. It was situated in a quiet area. I loved that there were a lot of trees around. The breakfast was standard not much variation from one day to the next. The room was clean, I'll attach some photos. The security guards were really friendly. Rena went the extra mile to ensure that I had a great stay from recommending different places I could visit to arranging for my takeaway to be delivered to my door every night. Thank you once again Rena for the excellent service, it really goes a long way for someone who is travelling alone.

Clean and very staff friendly hotel, the only thing is the downstairs heater in my room wasn’t working.🥶 The rest was great.

Rena Gao the host receptionist is wonderful and friendly as well as staff. The hotel and environment is wonderful. Highly recommended for family and couples. The garden courtyard is also wonderful. Will return again

Room was comfortable with indoor heating and it was nicely decorated when we visited.

The staff were very friendly and their services were superb. We misplaced a painting bought during our trip. The duty manager and staff patiently looked through the tapes to help us to find it. We are immensely grateful for their help and patience.

When I chech in, hotel staff welcomed my family and provided afternoon tea in restaurants. We enjoyed restaurant at dinner and the surroundings are good. The hotel is also clean and we have good memory.

After arriving at the store, I felt the importance of service from the security guard at the gate. Knowing that we were here for our wedding anniversary, they decorated the room with flowers and made the bed without us making any requests, which surprised me. They also gave me a souvenir shawl, and the details were in place. The hotel's catering is very cost-effective. The price of Chinese food is similar to that outside, and the buffet breakfast is basically the same as the international chain hotels I have stayed in before. Finally, I would like to thank the enthusiastic Xiao Gao. We stayed in a hotel, but felt the one-to-one butler service of a B&B. I will choose this hotel next time I come to Lijiang!

Service: I came here for tourism, and I met the hotel staff who opened the door naturally without my consent. In fact, I was quite scared. I entered my room as her own room without the customer’s consent, and said it was because of my concern? Later, I called the police 110, and then the hotel issued an apology letter, and the room was broken and arranged to stay. Safety is still questionable. The management staff told me that there is no management leader at present, so the hotel management is chaotic at present. I really don’t recommend everyone to stay. It’s really scary to think about it. I rarely comment. I hope my comments can give more consumers a reminder. A good trip turned into a hotel full of people trying to solve this problem. The apology letters were issued after the police were called, so everyone chooses carefully‼ ️ And the breakfast is monotonous, especially the noodles are not tasty, not recommended.

The hotel environment is good and the room layout is also very good. The first floor is the living room and bathroom, where you can cook. The second floor is the bedroom, bathtub and bathroom. There is a small courtyard at the entrance, which is very suitable for sunbathing and drinking tea.

We had originally arranged a time to send us to the airport, but because our plane was delayed, we wanted to change it to a later departure, and he immediately agreed. There were even things we left in the room. After cleaning, he packed them up for us. He was really attentive and must be praised~ And you can see the Rizhao Jinshan Mountain from the hotel! They are cleaned every day. It is very clean and hygienic🉑🉑🉑The environment around the hotel is like a big garden where you can stroll around. The front desk staff has a very good attitude. When I left, I was given a shawl and a wind chime. It was very thoughtful💕💕💕There is also an airport drop-off service. I will choose this hotel next time I come to play👌

It's not too far from the ancient city, and it's very convenient to go to Baisha Ancient Town and Shuhe by taxi for 10 yuan. The facilities in the room are a bit old, and the breakfast is also average. The 618 set meal is very cost-effective!
