"Hotel room was basic but spotless, the aircon was excellent and left on all day for us, room cleaned everyday with fresh towels. All staff were helpful and pleasant called us taxis whenever we needed them and they were there within minutes. Big chest freezer full of ice bags perfect for balcony drinks the lady even gave us glasses and straws to take up. Location was perfect out of the hustle and bustle but within walking distance of everything. We were 2 girls celebrating my birthday. Walk to the beach just down the hill, lots of shops across the road and a proper super market. The centre of the old town is about a 10 min walk and into new town I’d say 20. We walked to the strip on our last night and glad we did lots of lovely cocktail bars on the way. Would recommend and stay here again."

"Breakfast still excellent. Staff remembered us even though was 2yrs ago which was nice. Lady on reception very helpful and lovely. The maids were brilliant even chased after us after they found something we left behind The only negative thing was the lads/men took over the pool with too many footballs being thrown around and smashed into us ladies trying to have a chill and cool off which was annoying and frustrating. Thank you for looking after us."

The staff were great and the room was adequate for the two of us .Was not not expecting the selection we had at breakfast. "Great apartments, usually use trebol one ( same group )but needed bigger apartment this time . Excellent location just of yellow brick road ( which has been tidied up and trees reduced to make safer ). Excellent reception staff , room ideal for 3 adults , lifts as stated elsewhere slow but not a problem in December, air con only in main corridor but plenty blankets if needed in room at night ; full kitchen facilities if needed and washing machine and clothes airer which is ideal b4 going home . Would certainly stay again"

"While the hotel was very clean and great air conditioning, that is the only credit I would give this place!,the food was awful,rolls and crackers were stale,the cooked food was that you would serve in a prison!, cold,over cooked food,and a chef that was unable to cook an egg!!,fried eggs were so burnt,and pouched eggs raw,no atmosphere to the place,bar empty in the evening,never again!! Avoid or you will be disappointed!!"

"I'm now sat up all night because the reckless cleaner never told anyone she ripped my cpap machine across the room when making up the bed. Receptionist agreed to order a new pipe from a medical centre, three more sleepless nights. Receptionist refused to replace the split mask so the machine didn't work for the week we were there. Wondering where he took his medical degree?? Another receptionist lied and told me they ordered the mask, they admitted later they didn't. Another staff member abused me to my wife because I was shouting, yes, I was, at their arrogance and incompetence. REALLY?? They don't want you to sleep here. Been annoyed by a deep low frequency vibration through the building all night. It's 4am and I gave up and had a walk around. There's a huge exhaust pipe coming out of the ground and the diesel pool heaters been running since about midnight. Deafening down there. Unbelievable. No entertainment unless you're 70+ and Spanish. Food I wouldn't serve our dog! Cheapest sausage and bacon I've ever seen. Final straw... We were out early to catch our coach to the airport, waited upto an hour and nothing. Went back into the hotel to be told by another dim receptionist that they had a change of pick up time for us but it didn't occur to them to tell us. On purpose?? Made SIX calls to the manager today and were met with lies again, she had no intention of speaking to us. The bank will sort this hotel out now."

"We've just returned from a great stay at the RH Victoria and will be definiatly be visiting again!. Rooms - Perfect! Spacious, clean and fantastic views. The complimentary toiletries were topped up everyday. Beds are comfy. Smart TV with all apps and channels you can think of. Pool area - Small and relaxed. Plenty of beds. Pool and jacuzzi area clean and tidy. Staff - The staff (all bar one) were so friendly! It was my birthday during my visit and I was greeted with balloons, sweets and a birthday card from the hotel which was really kind. The animation team were fantastic! They were friendly, funny and got everyone involved. There was a team member who worked on the pool bar outside - not very friendly and seemed like he didnt want to be there. Restaurant - Lovely hot food with plenty of variety."

"Amazing hotel - amazing staff! Me and my husband stayed here for 8 nights in June. We had a late night flight and didn’t arrive to the hotel until around 4am - we had a lovely check in, was given a lunch bag and some helpful info. The hotel is lovely and clean - cheap drinks and the food was amazing!! Lots of choice and the staff in the restaurant were all super lovely too! We enjoyed the food every day! Lots of selection! We had a front facing room but didn’t seem to be bothered by the noise as the window when closed made the outside quiet. English TV channels - lovely hot shower. Wanted to stay here for Christmas this year but unfortunately closed for renovation. Will 100% stay here again - great location!!"

"Not much I can say really, the room I was allocated was dreadful so dark and dull and I was unable to open the curtains (dark black no net curtains or blinds) as I was on the 1st floor and there was a walk way fire escape outside my window which allowed people to look into the room. The amount of cigarette butts outside the window on the ground was crazy. The food was also so bad we had to find restaurants outside after paying for full board. The staff although nice they seemed to be under pressure which caused long delays at the various bars and reception. I won’t be returning…."

"The total decadence. We have seen the decline of this hotel year after year. We have been coming for 10 years and, although it has never been a panacea, the deterioration is already unacceptable. Not because of the facilities, but because of the bad service and the terrible attention. Except for the dining room waitresses (not all of them) and the bar waiters (all fantastic), the attention at reception and maitres is deplorable. Entertainment, a key element in the choice of many families, is non-existent and aimed exclusively at the elderly, who already make up more than 90% of the guests. Special mention to “Inma”, a receptionist with a bad manners that borders on the embarrassing. In short, cheap is expensive and we must say goodbye forever to this hotel, which had the potential to position itself as a great resort but has remained a third-rate hostel."

"We stayed at this beautiful hotel over the weekend for my nieces hen. The rooms were lovely, clean and cool. I had a city view room which was a bit smaller but didnt spend a lot of time in there so not a problem. The pool/bar area was outstanding. The staff were a delight and couldn't help enough. We were able to book a late check out at short notice which was much appreciated Our booking came with breakfast which was varied and plentiful. The omelette station was delicious!! Thank you for a very memorable stay - will definitely be returning for a longer stay"

"This is a great hotel on the seafront, we have stayed twice now, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are always clean and well stocked with toiletries. The rooms gets cleaned every day. There is a fridge in the room but you have to ask reception for a kettle - €10 returnable deposit (which is fab as other hotels charge you the full €10 for the privilege of using it). We love their luggage storage once checked out, so easy to use. Only one downside to this stay was the breakfast options - previous stay we enjoyed the breakfasts, this time we noticed their selection was limited and my partner had so little to eat so it was not worth the extra money for us this time. This was sad as we were looking forward to the breakfasts. Breakfast aside, I would highly recommend this hotel."

"This was only a nights stay before go to our other hotel to which i am glad because if I would have had 10 days here I would have cried and gone home. No staff to help, the stairs ways were mucky and the pool was nice and the ladders were not fixed properly and I sliced my foot on them and staff wasn't bothered never asked if ok or came to see me at the pool. Food was awful apart from the ice cream, I had reservations eating the food lack of hygiene was a big no no. The smell round the pool was dreadful which was the drainage and all the steps up from the pool were broken. One positive is bed was comfy. I would not recommend this hotel at all I can't wait to leave."
