1st attempt and 2nd attempt was not a good one. Reception was nice, but other staff members were not considerate when one was attending to staff, which created the first impression dropped. The fridge was never cold at all. Slippers, mats, and towels were always not complete. The shower dispensers were disgusting, lucky we always brought our own toiletries. Dusty room. Im sorry, I tried for the 2nd time, but it's not up to standard.

The staff are friendly and approachable. It is 5 km from the city but grab is available. There's not much amenities. Just a decent stay that feels like a 2 or 3 star hotel. Hotel towels smells like body odor even though it was newly replaced.

I recently stayed at ibis Styles, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The bed was very comfortable, and the staff were polite and helpful throughout my stay. The Wi-Fi connection was a bit unstable at times, which made it a little tricky for work, but everything else was smooth. One of the highlights is the rooftop bar — it offers a great atmosphere with reasonable prices. It would be even better if it opened during the daytime, as it would be the perfect spot to enjoy the sunrise. The property has a fun, modern feel, with relaxing lounge areas and a nice pool. A great choice for a short getaway or casual business trip.

I realised at the counter at 2nd shift is very very busy especially your staff working alone it suppose 2 or 3 person instead 1 person. Management if you like to cut underpaid your staff make sure you came doesn't on 2nd shift and study what is going on. And the service is very slow especially on the 2nd shift.

My second stay in this hotel. It is not the best location but very easy to get there from the town center or ferry terminals or airport. This is precisely why I like this hotel, since it's not crowded. Room is spacious enough, with some clever design solutions to its layout. Overall, it's worth the price, I can't complain.

You get what you pay for. The aircon was not cold and Bath amenities were not labelled. I could hear the sounds from connecting rooms. Overall not pleasant but just bearable experience.

Very slow service, legit very slow on services. both house keeping and receptionist. For example, send for laundry & iron. I need to begged every night (2100hrs) just for my return clothes.

Strategy location, easy and smooth checkin, reception very friendly. But have a one problem, freezer it’s not function as well just using for warm not for cool and also not provided iron at room. So far, everything ok, I’m very happy with my husband stay at Ibis Style Nogoya Hotel😘❤️

Family Stay at ibis Styles Nagoya Batam My wife and I, along with our two daughters, had a wonderful stay at ibis Styles Nagoya Batam. The location is very convenient – everything we needed was nearby, which made getting around easy, especially with kids. The hotel itself has a modern and cozy setting, and we felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. It was a smooth and pleasant experience for the whole family. Definitely a great choice for anyone visiting Batam with kids!
