Excellent Service and very nice and cooperative staff

Location is good for transfers in jakarta soekarno hatta airport. Cleanliness can be improved. Our airport transfer driver was courteous and his service was excellent.

The facilities are more than you would expect. The staff friendly and helpful. If you are a non smoker request a room not near the smoking rooms as the smell drifts into your room.

A really good airport stopover hotel. The rooms are clean , light and spacious and look out onto greenery. The staff are helpful and friendly. The hotel has a 25m pool, hot and cold spa pools, sauna and steam room, so you can really enjoy the time you have here. For breakfast there is a buffet with masses of choice. With free airport pick up and drop off this hotel has it all.

Clean, and good service

Over night flights hotel. Pick up was smoothly, hotel is about 15mn from airport area. Room is decent size and check in/out is fast. Room service foods are honest quality and prices, you can pay directly to room service your orders. We did asked at the desk to book for us a taxi for early morning to airport, all was good and on time. Reliable service and friendly staff. Contact with hotel on WhatsApp before our departure was smooth and easy. Recommend this hotel to everyone for a early flight.

Good Resort Hotel that location suitable for one day hold of transit through Jakarta Airport

Second stay at this lovely hotel. Value is excellent for quality - The staff, the room and the breakfast. The bed is extremely comfortable and soft for Indonesia. As a western guest I had no issues. The room is spacious and the bathroom has good facilities and a powerful hot shower. Breakfast catered for local and western tastes. Coffee in the breakfast area was pre-made local coffee which is fine but a coffee machine such as cappuccino would be welcome addition. The transport from the airport is included but must be arranged before 24 hours to check in. The one and only negative is because it is an airport hotel check in and outs can be all hours. The bedroom corridors are tiles and this allows for noise to easily travel. I think likley common with all hotels . I would and will stay again my next time I'm in Jakarta and highly recommend the hotel.
