Resort situated in nice place with good ,polite hotel staff You will get plenty if space where you can click pics for your social media.

There is nothing much in the hotel except high prices to be paid on the name of 5 star property. There is hardly any arrangement to sit at the beach, there rooms are quite weirdly structured, no view from the rooms and property is deteriorating with every passing day. Buffet breakfast is not worth at all- they take exorbitant amount of time to serve you on the table after taking the order from live station. While the a la carte food at dinner is still fine. Their reservations staff is not cooperative specially person named frazaer and Shashank as they are not the person of their words and hardly know customer service. Other junior staff is still better and courteous enough. Mayur was better in managing and handling the client requests and situation. Overall, would not recommend this place to anyone who need to spend a good amount of money, suggest find other 5 star properties as they are much more value for money with better services and amenities. Please avoid if you like a happy goa trip.

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Azaya Beach Resort, Benaulim, Goa, for two magical nights, and I must say, it was an experience that transcended every expectation we carried with us. Our family of six, were warmly welcomed with beaded garlands and a refreshing pina colada. A wheelchair was immediately arranged for my 90 year old granny, who instantly felt at ease and was able to access the paradise this property is. We had booked three rooms, each of which was a haven of luxury, comfort, hygiene and elegance. The rooms were well-ventilated and spacious, providing the perfect place for rest and relaxation after soaking in the vibrant Goan sun. Azaya Resort is breathtakingly beautiful and it seems to flow seamlessly into the golden sands of the dreamy Benaulim beach which is only few steps away from the property. We soaked in the private plunge pool as well as the sparkling swimming pool whilst sipping on our exotic cocktails. We also thoroughly enjoyed playing Table Tennis and Snooker at the Clubhouse. We felt rejuvenated. It was particularly heartening to see my grandmother feeling liberated in the pool. The soul of Azaya Beach Resort, however, lies in its people who went above and beyond to ensure every single need of ours was met promptly and graciously. A very special mention must go to Sanjana. She didn’t just greet us with her radiant smile but remained in constant touch with us throughout our stay. She was kind enough to update us about the weather conditions, suggest activities for us suited to each day and made sure we always had something to look forward to. It was especially sweet of her to check whether we had reached home safely after our stay - a gesture that speaks volumes about her commitment and the extraordinary level of hospitality at Azaya. Sanjana, Aman Kumar Singh, Aftab, Elvis, Raisilla, Craig, Joylan, were truly the heart of our experience. Some names escape our memory and we deeply apologise for the same. Their warmth and genuine care created an atmosphere that made us feel like we were in a home away from home. La Concha deserves an equally heartfelt shoutout. Every meal was delightfully curated to suit our palette and the fresh local seafood was an exquisite culinary journey. The team at the restaurant was undoubtedly attentive, cheerful, and genuinely passionate. We felt pampered and were surprised with a delicious cake that we got as parting gift. We were truly touched. Needless to say that the service was impeccable. Our hearts are full of gratitude for the way each team member touched our lives during this short but unforgettable getaway. This is not just a Resort — it’s a sanctuary of happiness where every corner exudes beauty, every smile is heartfelt, and every moment feels like a gentle embrace from paradise itself. Had a great stay. Sanjana was very helpful throughout the process and during the stay as well. The property has a huge pool, club house with alot of indoor games and private beach access, which was great for a huge group like us. Everything at one place. The beach was well maintained. The rooms were clean, all thanks to the housekeeping staff, especially Maliston & Sherry.

I was very satisfied with the room cleaning service by Malistan and Elvis. Every time they cleaned, I was surprised with a new little piece of art. Rest of the experience being in Azaya was smooth and pleasant. Private beach was super clean, calm and lovely.

Perfect Escape to the sun. My husband and I have just returned from a 14 night stay at this beautiful hotel. The hotel itself wasn’t very busy due to possibly the end of season. However the staff are very attentive. We went B&B and the breakfast choices were adequate though not such a large variety as if visiting Europe but nevertheless what was on offer was enjoyable. One of the waiting staff Aftab was extremely attentive, though in all fairness everyone was. Sanjana Pednekar was very welcoming as a Guest Relations Manager. If anything was needed it was dealt with immediately and by ease of a WhatsApp message. Housekeeping Mustafa was 100% in keeping our room in order. Replenished daily with bottles of water and hot drinks. Fresh towels and a lovely clean bed. The air con in the room could be a bit noisy at times but we were grateful for it. The hotel grounds are immaculate, every employee works tirelessly in extreme heat keeping the grounds in tip top condition. The pool is beautiful, though it was very warm around the pool so we opted for the sun loungers by the beach. 24 hour security so always felt safe. The hotel is situated on the beach and 20km of sandy beach, lots of characteristic beach shacks serving the most delicious dishes and of course refreshments. The Sea Gull was our personal favorite. We hope to return.

One of the best Beach property in Goa. We had a memorable experience staying at Azaya Beach Resort, the staff was very courteous. It is located right on the beach with private access to the Beach. I would definitely recommend this resort if you really want to spend some time peacefully.

Food here is really superb. We had pizza, burger and breakfast all of them are top notch. Aftab had provided good service. Rooms are a bit ok, not upto 5 star level. They had some issues. It has very clean private beach access. Property is very big.

Had booked deluxe pool category room. Spent some amazing and relaxing time. It felt like home to us because of the caring, courteous and helpfull staff. Special thanks to Mr Rajat ~ the duty manager for being a perfect host and to take care of the tiniest things that we requested for. Very kind of him. Value for money. Great food, easy and short access to beach

Azaya beach resort hotel is one of my top favt visit till now.Everything is so perfect from the beachfront location to the rooms n most importantly the staff of this hotel. They are top of cherry on cake. We had recently went for my son birthday celebration n they made it even more special.Thank u Azaya n whole team for making our special day even more special. Will visit again
