Great location - subway is 5 min walk. We liked service very much: everyone in the hotel is friendly and ready to help. Cleaning service is also very good. We stayed in a family deluxe room where there were enough space for 4 of us, big bathroom, comfortable beds and pillows. One minus about our room is the lack of storage space for clothes and different personal things.
Great breakfasts - wide variety of food and drinks, fruits, sweets, vegetables, fried eggs, yogurt and so on.
We thank the hotel staff for hospitality and nice service!

This was my first time staying at the Hyatt Beijing, as I usually stay at the Mandarin Oriental. Overall, it was a positive experience. While the service isn’t as refined as the Mandarin, you get what you pay for, right? That said, the reception staff and concierge were extremely helpful.
I would stay at this hotel again for its convenience—it's close to major attractions like Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City, and within a reasonable journey to the Great Wall of China. The hotel also offers great amenities, including a shopping mall below, an impressive pool oasis that’s perfect for children, and a well-equipped gym. To top it off, the hotel restaurant serves an excellent Beijing duck.

Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Regent in Beijing. The staff were generous with their patience and smiles, and the concierges were knowledgeable and helpful.
The breakfast is a little pricey but you definitely get what you pay for - excellent quality and variety of food. On one day we headed out very early to see the Great Wall and since breakfast would not be open yet, the Regent kindly packed us all little picnic bags to eat en route.
If you are a small family with two children I highly recommend the Family Suite. It was so enjoyable to spend a day touring Beijing and then return for rest and recharging at The Regent Beijing.

We had an excellent stay here! The room was spacious, big enough for all of us, 2 adults, 2 kids and 1 baby. The man was kind enough to include free breakfasts for my daughter who is above 120cm. We also enjoyed the lounge access. The young gentlemen at the luggage concierge was very helpful as well! Also if u order Taobao stuff, u can easily retrieve it from the lockers here.

Room was clean and had amazing views. Staff greeted us downstairs late at night. Which was very helpful since it was our first time visiting. The lobby is on the 3rd floor and reception helped show us to our room. The staff spoke English and welcomed us late in the night at 1:30am. Very thankful for their help as we were tired and wary. The room was very comfortable with water, coffee, tea, and all amenities we would need. When checking out the staff escorted us down to the first floor and handed us off to our tour guide. Enjoyed our time here. Thank you to the staff.

In my view, the service we received was less than expected of a Ritz. It could be contributed to the fact that this is right in town centre and the occupancy is high
There was no introduction of the facilities of this branch and the staffs at the door looks inexperienced / untrained while they watched upon me getting my luggages out of the taxi and leaving them at the driveway while i set up the baby pram
Besides the service, the hotel is great, location fantastic, facilities are well maintained

What a great hotel. It's right by the tube so really convenient. It's U shaped so really quiet inside.
I was at the back of B block and had the most quiet nights of sleep ever. Room 610
Room is recently refurbished and very nice. Lots of extra touches to help you. Like slippers, bathroom accessories, kettle, water.
The walls are somewhat thin, however guests were very considerate and barely heard.
Room is very modern and clean.
I loved the wet room but it does mean the floor is wet when you use the loo after!
Travelled alone and so room perfect, would be slightly small for a couple as far side of bed by wall.
The breakfast is plentiful, albeit majority Chinese.
Staff are very helpful, they do not speak English, but very willing to help via a translated.

We got confused after we checked in and noticed that there wasn't a door into the bathroom. Called the housekeeping, and they informed that the door was removed because it was spoilt. I think its rather irresponsible to not inform beforehand. The room was changed after complaining. The new room, not sure if it's because it's winter, it's like a sauna in the room! Even the corridor is cooler than the room! There is nothing we can do to adjust the temperature and with the direct sunlight shining in, it just makes it worse.
During checking in, I enquired about some day tours but the front office staff couldn't give much information. Generally, the staff are not very enthusiastic and friendly.
The plus point is the location. It is about 5 mins walk from Xidan metro station. Lots of food and shopping around the hotel.

Check-in process was difficult due to the language barrier - It took about 20 minutes to check-in, as the staff at the desk would only respond to the questions they wanted to ask, rather than me show them my booking from Trip.com on my phone.
Room was very nice and modern - I was advised at check-in that I had been given a room upgrade which was positive. Unfortunately, despite the air conditioning in the room being set to cooling, the temperature in the room was 26.3 degrees (Please see picture of air conditioning panel)
I did not sleep well because of the high temperature in the room, and I was also woken at 3:30am due to noise in the room above me, which went on for 30 minutes.
Room was supposed to be non-smoking, but as with many hotels in China, I found that the toilet in the room smelt of smoke, and there was cigarette ash on the toilet floor.
Great size TV in the room with access to many of the latest international films, which had English subtitles.
The biggest problem was breakfast - Very good selection of Chinese food options, but nothing else - No breakfast cereals, no fruit juice etc. The dining room was also very worn and tired looking. Due to the limited breakfast food options, I did not have much for breakfast.
Despite the above, and because the room was nice, in the morning when checking out, I asked for an email address to contact the hotel to make enquiries about resolving my concerns from my stay, and also rates for future stay of 30 days (without breakfast), but they could not provide me with an email address.

Always wanted to experience Aman Beijing, finally booked a one night stay.
Upon arrival, Jason at the front desk was very helpful and patient in explaining various items and was pleasantly surprised to hear my room had been upgraded.
The property and the room are just like the photos but actually physically being there and seeing all the details of the architecture, courtyards, and surrounding nature and birds is like being transported back in time to another era. In this sense, Aman Beijing accomplishes what no other modern five-star luxury hotel can come close to achieving - making one feel a certain emotion or feeling that they've never felt, or perhaps only experienced in their dreams.
Everything from the furniture to the layout to the art to the lighting is so tastefully executed and done, the courtyards and grounds are kept immaculate (saw people sweeping away leaves), they even have the older style bicycles available to ride there.
Ate at the Chinese restaurant twice, the environment and lighting is so nice, their dumplings are excellent and also really enjoyed some of their soups and vegetable offerings, very delicious.
Unfortunately, I was quite sick that day and also had injured my knee the day before. One of the staff at the front desk noticed my limp and asked if I was okay. I told her I was fine, just a little sprain. She went to the back and brought out a traditional Chinese 'Ban Lan Gen' pain relief spray can which she kindly gave to me, saying I could use it and take it with me, very touched. I think it is moments like these which one will remember many years later.
All the staff I met there were very kind, during lunch was fortunate enough to meet Ivy, the F&B Manager who was very warm and hospitable. Then during dinner, after I saw down, a restaurant staff asked if I would like an ice pack for my leg, I asked her if she thought it would help and she replied, ”Yes.” They proceeded to bring out a huge ice pack that was able to wrap around my entire knee, providing instant relief. Finally, when it was time to leave, the very lovely and kind Lucy asked if I would like more ice packs to be sent to my room so I could ice my knee before retiring for the night.
Even though I was not feeling well, it was an unforgettable experience due in large part to the kind and wonderful staff there.

TThe Bit SpaceHighly recommended to experience the taste of Courtyard 民宅四合院. Very convenient location, right at Qianmen. No need to worry about food and drinks, as you are just seconds away from DaShiLan street. The subway is also nearby as well as major attractions such as Tiananmen Square and the Palace Museum. The staff are friendly and attentive, always greeting you when you enter and exit the lobby, and even offering warm drinks during this cold winter.

DDandelion101I really liked Citi Go hotel! It’s right by the metro station and has a direct line to the airport. The cleaning lady was so nice and cleans our room immediately after we walked out in the morning around 9am. The hotel room is small but it has everything. I can tell the hotel was well designed by the details. For example, I liked that they have a make up mirror because I like to do my makeup with good lighting which most hotels I go to don’t have. They even have a phone stand for you by the bedside. The laundry service was great as well. Didn’t take a picture of it but it’s on the first floor and there’s about 5-6 washers and dryers. They also have the robot service so you’ll get your food delivered to your door without you going down to get it. There’s a the Phoenix mall next to it as well with food stands, there’s an Ole market which we liked a lot. The staff was very helpful when we asked about checking the security videos for a lost camera. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its convenient to metro lines and a very nice hotel with great service.

The hotel's location is ideal, offering convenient access to restuarants, stores and 230meter walk from Zhushikou metro station, making it perfect for both leisure and business travelers. The premises are beautifully maintained, with elegant decor of Old Shanghai style reminiscing the 1930s that creates an inviting and luxurious atmosphere.
My room was a bit small but comfortable. It was clean with modern amenities such as kettle and bar fridge. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

GGuest UserHotel location is in the middle of food street and within the walking distant to light and sound stage and cable car to Simatai great wall. Hotel is super clean, very big room. You need a bit of physical ability to walk uphill to the heavy front door of the hotel (should not be a problem if you come to Simatai to climb great wall anyway). You will register at tourist service center and take their bus to drop you off at the beginning of the food street. But to get the room key card, you need to contact hotel/restaurant on the opposite side of this hotel and discuss for options for the next day breakfast. Breakfast room is in this restaurant. Staff speaks only chinese. So, translator apps will help you. Most TV channel is in chinese except 1 or 2 channel which is in english. Good breakfast. New and clean amenity. All in all, I recommended this hotel.

VvictorngwlThe amenities are fantastic, with a washing machine in the apartment itself, quite useful for long travels. There is also a very well equipped gym and a large swimming pool. The apartment is furnished luxuriously and there is also a kitchen.
There are many restaurants and eateries just adjacent to the hotel, along with supermarkets. The nearest metro station is however about 5 to 8 minutes walk away.
The staff here are all helpful and polite. Special thanks to Cherry, who made my check-in process pleasant and is very helpful. Also many thanks to the cleaner Miao Hongyan who is meticulous and thoughtful when attending to our needs.
Will definitely stay there again!

For me the room is great enough, light was all working fine. The toothbrush and soap provided but need to get from reception.
I was using iPhone so I cannot use the WiFi as it only works with Android due to firewall.
Location wise I think it is easy to find even with Google Map. For those using Metro, Dongsi Station Exit G is the nearest one, while Exit D is the second nearest. Two main metro line to Dongsi Station is Metro Line 5 & 6. But we normally use line 6 because it is nearest to Exit G.
The area is close to Forbidden Palace, you can get there with one change of metro service.
When I went to Forbidden Palace, I did go there using Metro then walk back as it is only around 1.6km walking after the Exit at Forbidden Palace and took about 20 minutes walking. I did use Baidu map to walk to the hotel from Forbidden Palace and you will take short cuts which will end up at the back of Renaissance Hotel. Tips : mark the hotel in Baidu map so you can easily get the map working especially if cannot speak Chinese like me.
On Dongsi West St there is National Art Museum and it is free. I did went there alone after checkout, there are 6 floors of exhibits there.
Walk to Wangfujing shopping st would take you around 15 minutes. The famous Prime Hotel Beijing is like 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Not much to do at night as shops literally close early at around 8PM to 9PM except for McDonald’s which close at 11PM like 5 minutes walk from hotel.
There is a mosque near hotel if you are Muslim like me but the mosque is a bit run down and closes its door and you need to ask the caretaker to open the door if you want to pray.
Overall I’m satisfied with the hotel which I think is very basic and fits our budget. I wish there is a cupboard inside the room for us to hang out clothes and fridge. The toilet however is spacious and hot water can only be used for 20 minutes then we need to wait again for 30 minutes for it to replenish which is a problem if there are a lot of people to take shower at same time.
Improvement for hotel :
1 Put small cupboard in room for guest to hang clothes.
2 Change the curtain as it is very old and looks like not wash for long time.
3 Better if room has small fridge for guest to store food.
Getting there : Metro from took like 50 minutes with 3 changes in metro line. For me it is very easy, and cheap cost like 40RMB in Alipay.
Overall the surrounding maybe take 2 days for you to be familiar with but I think it is good enough as there are McDonalds, Luckin coffee and also bakery near the hotel like 5 minutes walk. Small convenience store is there in the back alley but close like at 8PM.
Reason I chose this hotel :
1 Your taxi can get there straight in front of hotel as it is not in Forbidden Palace area where some place taxi cannot get in and you need to carry your bag through busy street
2 Easy access as you walk 10 minutes from Dongsi Station Exit G/D to get to hotel
3 Near Dongsi mosque if you want to pray if you’re muslim
4 Very quiet area as a bit far from Forbidden Palace area or Wangfujing
5 Lots of shops to eat and cafe on Dongsi N st or Meishuguan E st near the Prime Beijing Hotel
6 A few halal muslim restaurant for you to eat if you are picky eater and not familiar with convenience store food
7 When go out of hotel turn left at end of the Dadoufu Ln there is small convenience you can buy food but close early around 8PM.
