The room is very clean and tidy, and very unique. I took my children to experience the private hot spring. It was perfect to soak in the hot spring. The quality of the bathroom is guaranteed. The toiletries are from a well-known brand with a pleasant fragrance. As for the food, the chef's cooking skills are commendable. There are many places to visit around, such as Gushan Village, Liuliqu, and Miaofeng Mountain. It is suitable for sightseeing and staying.

It was very clean, beds were comfortable, they gave all what you need and a robot will deliver it. I asked them if they could decorate the room for my son birthday and they did it so nicely. Breakfast buffet was also good but hope they’ll add more western choices. The wanton soup, soya milk coffee were excellent . It’s walking distance to a subway and walking distance to an outlet mall. There’s also a gym . Towels and shower were good. They also gave fruits I don’t know if it’s for the birthday. They also gave us the stuff toys as gifts

During this two-week trip in Beijing, I've stayed at various hotels, from the city center all the way to Mentougou. Considering everything from the hotel's decor, facilities, and ambiance to the service, Suiyu Hotel is definitely among the top three, if not the best. The **value for money** is absolutely outstanding. For years, my go-to has always been the All Seasons chain, but after staying here for the past few days, I've completely fallen for Suiyu. My stay was incredibly comfortable; both the hotel's **hardware (physical facilities)** and **software (service experience)** were excellent. All the **staff members** were friendly and enthusiastic, and you can truly sense the **management's dedication and professionalism**. The hotel is a five-minute walk from a shopping mall, and the subway exit leads directly into it. There's a Yonghui Supermarket in the basement, along with numerous dining options, including McDonald's and KFC, which are always a hit with kids. **Ordering takeout** is also very convenient. All in all, staying at Suiyu was absolutely perfect and hassle-free! 👍

The room isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate for two people. Breakfast is available in the morning, and it was quite decent – a buffet with a wide selection. A special shout-out to Kexin at the front desk! 👍 Her service was exceptional. She upgraded our room, gave us great recommendations for the local area, and any requests were handled promptly. The facilities are excellent too, with a free gym and laundry room. The mushroom-themed decor is also very appealing, and there's a big mushroom statue at the entrance that's great for photos! Overall, a fantastic experience. We'll definitely be back next time.

This hotel stay was great! The room was spacious and bright, with log-style decoration and warm lighting, creating a great atmosphere. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the mattress was moderately hard and soft, allowing for a good night's sleep. The smart devices were complete, and voice control of lights and curtains was super convenient. The breakfast was rich in variety, the freshly ground coffee was fragrant, and the local snacks were authentic. The front desk service was warm and thoughtful, and they took the initiative to help with luggage and recommend surrounding attractions. The location is excellent, and travel is convenient. It is suitable for both business and travel, and is highly recommended!

The place is even more unique because of the people that take care of it. They observe every movement of yours to fulfill your every necessity. The manager (Liza) personally took care to book an activity ticket that we couldn't do because of the language, thank you (name) and every personnel that works there. Every single detail was thoughtful, from the suites, candle ambience, goodnight soup, to welcome drinks, and so on, and that makes a difference to make you feel special in this spiritual oasis.
