Hotels in Shunyi Hot Spring Leisure Area, Beijing

Not the best hotel I had stayed during my entire China trip. It’s not closed to anywhere and no eateries or restaurant nearby. But there’s a very small place to purchase cup noodles

I've been staying here for several days and I really want to praise the front desk manager. Her service was incredibly warm, and her professionalism and attentive demeanor left a deep impression on me! During check-in, she greeted me with a constant smile, proactively and patiently explained the hotel's facilities, their locations, breakfast times, and local transportation options. Her clear and detailed answers to my questions prevented a lot of potential inconveniences later. Mid-stay, when I unexpectedly needed to print some documents, the front desk assisted immediately and efficiently. She even proactively asked if I needed to adjust my room orientation, which really highlighted their exceptional attention to detail. Check-out was just as efficient and seamless. She thoughtfully reminded me to take all my personal belongings, and her polite farewell greeting ensured the entire stay concluded on a highly pleasant note. Such high-quality service, exemplified by the manager and the entire front desk team, not only significantly enhanced my comfort during the stay but also greatly boosted my overall impression of the hotel. I will definitely prioritize choosing your hotel for my next trip, and I truly hope the hotel recognizes this employee's outstanding performance!

The hotel was comfortable and clean. The amenities in the room were well supplied. Service was very good. Good choices in the breakfast buffet. Serving a variety of free drinks at the lobby, very thoughtful. Everything was good.

This hotel provides exceptional service. From the moment we arrived at the airport, the driver proactively met us and helped with our bags. At the hotel, the front desk staff also took the initiative, helping with our luggage and escorting us directly to our room. Once in the room, they thoughtfully explained all the facilities and how to use them. It was incredibly considerate. Being an older guest, I found the disposable slippers a bit slippery when showering. The front desk even went out of their way to purchase non-slip slippers for me from a nearby convenience store. No other hotel I've ever stayed at has shown such incredible attentiveness. On our departure day, it was raining heavily, and a young man from the front desk insisted on helping us carry our luggage all the way to the car. He ended up getting completely soaked himself. I am so grateful to all the hotel staff; their service is simply outstanding. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to everyone. If you're coming to Beijing, this is definitely the place to stay!

Shunyi Hotel is located next to Chaobai River, in Yuxiuyuan Villa District, Shunyi District. It has a beautiful environment, quiet and elegant, and convenient transportation. The hotel provides free transportation to nearby subway stations. Beijing Shunyi Hotel is highly recommended!

During the warmer months, it's the off-season for hot springs. Aside from some conference groups, there weren't many leisure guests, so it wasn't crowded at all, making for a rather pleasant experience. The hotel is quite a distance from Shunyi's urban area, offering a pleasant and tranquil environment. Breakfast was quite underwhelming, but the dinner buffet was acceptable. For its price point, the hotel certainly offers fair value and isn't a rip-off; more details can be found in the restaurant review. Front desk service was just average, less friendly than the gentleman working in the hot spring changing room. I had specifically requested two adjacent rooms when making the reservation, but upon my 11 AM arrival, the front desk informed me that none were available. The room's soundproofing was very poor; I could clearly hear conversations from the floor above. Despite these points, the overall stay wasn't bad. My highest praise goes to the attendant in the men's hot spring changing room for his excellent service.

A very good InterContinental Hotel. Having stayed in hotels in other cities, this one is relatively good and worth recommending.

The hotel was a delight to stay in, friendly staff and wonderful grounds, there are many facilities from swimming pools to a bar, and even hot tubs in the style of a hot spring in every room. It's worth it to add the breakfast package it's worth it. Overall it's a good stay if you're looking to relax over the weekend. It's a bit out of the city so it could be a long metro ride or taxi ride if your looking to enjoy other the aspects of Beijing. But the staff and good amenities make it a memorable stay.👍

The taste is just right, not greasy at all, nutritious and healthy, I can't help but recommend it to my friends 😆😆The meal is very satisfying, the ingredients are very fresh, you can eat it with confidence, the signature dishes are all recommended!
