Hotels in Changping Town/Shisanling Resort, Beijing

This was my second visit to Changping Ledogang, and the hotel's amenities are still quite good. We booked a balcony twin room this time, which offered beautiful mountain views, a comfortable sofa, and even a bathtub on the balcony. We opted for a hot spring package, and having unlimited access to the hot springs during our stay was incredibly convenient. The hot springs are quite kid-friendly, with dedicated indoor and outdoor areas for children, and our kids had a blast. The breakfast, however, felt a bit more simplified than on our previous visit, and there seemed to be fewer staff members in the hot spring area. We were also a bit disappointed that most of the nearby amusement parks were closed. Fortunately, the dining options at Wanda Plaza were satisfactory, making it a suitable spot for a short weekend family getaway. A big thank you to our hotel concierge, Aileen, who was incredibly thoughtful and helped us arrange our hot spring meal.

My friend booked a deluxe king room for me. Unfortunately, it didn't have a window. When I extended my stay in the morning, the front desk asked if I wanted housekeeping. I told them I had just woken up. However, when I returned in the evening, the room was still messy, nothing had been replaced, and even the toilet hadn't been cleaned. It felt like a noticeable lack of attention to service.

I booked a detached room mainly for the private bath. When I arrived, I found that the pool in the yard was very dirty, and there was uncleaned dog poop on the grass. In addition, the switch screen of the indoor bathtub was full of stains and had not been cleaned. The whole room is also very cold. Two small hanging air conditioners cannot cover such a large area. An additional heater needs to be turned on, and the temperature is still very low. There is no heating in the bathroom, and the windows are leaking. The hottest water temperature should be less than 45 degrees, and the bathing process is very cold. I checked in yesterday afternoon and checked out at 8:30 in the morning. I already had a cold when I came back. It was so cold that the dog didn't want to move. Overall, apart from the timely response of the service, there are no other highlights. Overall, it is not worth the price.

This is my second time staying here. Sadly it wasn’t as good as the first. I had an issue with my shower that seemed to flood on my very last day so I spent some time trying to clean this up which was a shame. Also, I was placed on a room with no outside window which I didn’t expect so it felt strange waking up each morning. I would still recommend but it was just unfortunate this time around.

Facilities: Very new, stylish and comfortable, with small fitness equipment, laundry room with drying, free parking lot with space all the time. The bedding is very comfortable, and I didn't suffer from insomnia. Hygiene: Very clean Environment: With sky garden Service: On the first day of check-in, the service staff personally brought snacks and took me into the room, and explained the connection method. You can sit in the garden on the roof of the hotel, and there is also a gym and laundry room. Very considerate Geographical location, next to Wumart and various restaurants downstairs, because there is a university nearby, there are many kinds of breakfast food.

The first time I came to Jundushan Ski Resort, the homestay in the ski resort was very good overall, especially the sister surnamed Luo at the front desk. The people were very friendly. Since we took a 2-and-a-half-year-old child, she took the initiative to suggest that we ski separately. The overall experience was very satisfactory.

The girls staff at reception is amazing, very friendly and helpful, they help me every way they can, with limited language 🥰 The morning chrysanthemum tea at the lobby is lovely, feel very welcome The restaurant next door serve super delicious food👍 Bravo girls, see you again next time

The hotel is situated just in front of the metro. Hotel staff is very polite and helpful. We received a welcome fruit basket and they are quick to meet your request. The manager , Ms Anglea, is especially helpful to assist in our needs, as this is the first time we travelled to ChangPing. Thank you. The hotel is very clean and spacious enough for a comfortable stay of three adults. We will choose this hotel again if we come back here.

For business travel, I chose Xi'an after comparing for a long time. The surrounding transportation is convenient and there are many restaurants. I booked a superior double room. The hotel service is very good, the sound insulation is good, the sanitary conditions are OK, and the TV in the room is of good quality. However, the toilet is not very easy to use. It takes a long time to press the flush button before it can be pressed, and the exhaust is also bad. bad. The room was much smaller than expected and the overall space seemed very cramped. 2024.01.18 The breakfast menu has been updated, and there are many more dishes that were not available before, such as bread slices, butter, jam, egg pancakes, individually packaged buns, fried noodles, etc.

The price/performance ratio is quite high, it's quite clean, and the price is cheap, but the air conditioning seems to have some problems. It's really hot in this season. The air conditioning is set to the lowest setting, and the room doesn't cool down. I've stayed here twice, and it's always like this. Please pay attention to it.
