It was very warm and the room was clean and tidy. The lighting is gentle and not dazzling, the quilt is soft and comfortable to sleep all night, the bath water temperature is just right, the spray is uniform, the smart toilet is automatically flushed, the whole house is intelligent voice, small is very convenient, and there is a feature that this hotel walkway is clean and tidy, The carpet is very comfortable to step on. The corners of the aisle are clean and tidy. There is no dead corner. The store has always done a good job. I like the hygiene of this store. The warm thing is that there are robots to deliver food. You can eat delicious food without going downstairs to pick it up. The lady at the front desk was really enthusiastic, and the cleaning auntie was great too. The self-service laundry is very convenient. This is my second stay and I'm quite satisfied! Everything else was good, except for the soundproofing issue. During the New Year's Eve period, I could constantly hear loud arguments from the next room, but that probably has something to do with the guests' behavior. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

I have to give a shout-out to Li Feng at the Hanting front desk! He was smiling the entire time during check-in, making the process quick and efficient. He even proactively shared recommendations for local food and transportation tips, which were incredibly useful. I had an urgent need to print some documents, and he immediately helped me out, showing patience and professionalism. From check-in to check-out, I felt genuinely cared for. His professional service made me feel right at home. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time, and a big thumbs up for Li Feng's excellent service!

The front desk staff were very friendly and even provided free plastic bags, which was a nice touch. The location is super convenient. My room had great natural light, and the large TV screen had excellent clarity, plus it supported one-click screen mirroring. The blackout curtains were effective, making for a perfect stay experience. The breakfast spread was extensive with plenty of variety, and the restaurant staff were very proactive. They even offer free laundry service!

Service: The staff are all very enthusiastic, and the lady at the front desk was super gentle, check-in was done in seconds! The room was so clean it sparkled, and the soundproofing was excellent, so quiet at night you could hear the wind outside the window.

The air conditioner was broken at check-in, but the front desk explained in time that the room was soundproofed. The environment could be relatively hygienic. It was in line with expectations. There were many restaurants around. It was only a few steps by bus. The traffic was relatively convenient.

The hotel was quite good value for money for this time of year; the hotel environment and facilities were nice, and they offered a shuttle bus service from the subway station. The driver was also very friendly. I would recommend this hotel to my friends if I have any trips to Beijing in the future.
