Hotels in Yanqi Lake/Hongluo Temple area, Beijing

The hotel is newly opened, the service is very good, and the front desk is very polite! There is a McDonald's right at the door! So I didn’t have breakfast in the hotel because we were a family of four and the family room had two beds, one large and one small, which was really not enough room to sleep! But the bed is quite soft and it’s okay to sleep on! I will stay here again next time I come! But you need to find two beds with both large beds.

Magical place that we wanna visit again!!! The staff were very helpful throughout the stay. Place was spacious, clean and neat, bed was comfortable, which was important for travellers to rest adequately 🤗 at night we could even see the clear starry sky and did Stargazing at the courtyard. The breakfast was beautifuly presented and delicious too. The cafe visit is a must. There was a mini farmyard there where there were 3 goats that guests were freely playing with and touching. The setup and deco were so beautiful that you will end up spending hours there taking pictures or admiring the views. Many locals seem to visit the cafe for the food and beautiful aesthetics as well. The coffee were beautifully presented - and I didn't expect they will taste so good! The mix were refreshing and simply awesome. Location was very ideal too. Convenient to the Great wall entrance - took about 5min by taxi. Overall happy with my stay here, and I'd definitely recommend it to all travellers! This is the best place we've stayed in our trip to Beijing. Simply beautiful and magical.

The distance from Hongluo Temple can be reached on foot. The surrounding places to eat are also not far away. Very convenient. The store is fresh and chic. Clean and simple. The breakfast is very attractive. The owner seems to be two young men. The service is attentive and not cumbersome. The Chinese fresh style is mixed with Japanese elements.

The surrounding area of the homestay is very quiet. It is the kind of self-built homestay with a terrace and barbecue. The children come very much. On Saturday, they caught up with the first snow in March in Beijing. Open the window and feel that the Northeast is as beautiful as it is! If it is summer, it is better. You can BBQ, various games, and the grandmother of the hotel is also very enthusiastic. Tell us about the places to eat around. The location is super convenient. The back mountain of the small area on the third floor will be more beautiful if it is spring peach blossom season! There are kittens passing by! ! The creek in front of the village! Quiet mountain village! The store design is attentive! K song! Mahjong! The projection is complete! The design of the dining guest is especially suitable for gatherings of several friends! And small group building training! The host uncle is enthusiastic! Pure! There is no ordinary store care! ! ! Kind and easy-going! It feels the same as being at home! like! ! ! I play everywhere! The staff at this guesthouse is very kind and helpful. They took really good care of us and any requests we had. They were great about communicating and being prompt. We hadn’t brought lunch, but they gave us a link to order food from. The food arrived within 15 minutes and was fresh and delicious. We brought other food to grill on the BBQ provided at our room. My lighter died and they promptly brought me a new one. They also locked our gate for us when we forgot to do it. The hotel is about a 20-minute drive to Mutianyu Great Wall, so the location is perfect if you want to do some cultural exploring. The villa we rented was very well equipped with two bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a half bathroom with a toilet and sink. The bathtubs/springs were great for soaking in. The swimming pool is not deep, however, so don’t expect to “swim”. It’s a nice little area to cool off in though, if the weather is hot. The kitchen has everything you need to make your own meals and clean up. The beds were very comfortable. Overall, the room is very clean. However, I did find a few stray hairs in one of the bathrooms when we first arrived. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. It was a wonderful, relaxing and peaceful stay.

We are a family of three, have luggage, the location is above the village, can not drive in, so please be cautious if you have a lot of luggage. But the good thing is that the scenery is good, quiet, and there are pros and cons. The sanitary environment is quite satisfactory, better than 80% of the homestays. The service is very good. The big sister of the hotel steamed the egg tarts for the baby, boiled the egg tarts and eggs, and steamed flower rolls by herself, which was very intimate.

The room was very good in all aspects. It said it was for seven people, but there were actually four beds, so eight or nine adults could stay there. But I just didn't like the restaurant I was working with. The housekeeper who helped with the luggage was very nice. The slope was very steep, but she helped pull it up.
