This hotel is an absolute mess. I'd like to ask the hotel manager what they would do if their own daughter was harassed by a male front desk employee while staying at a hotel. What you all did is truly appalling. As a woman, I was contacted privately on WeChat by one of your male staff members, and all you did was give me a perfunctory and evasive response. I'm honestly so upset and speechless, I cried today. But what can I, as an ordinary person, really do? I just won't stay here again, and I seriously advise everyone else not to either 😂. The room facilities have safety hazards, and staff members are harassing guests privately. These two issues alone clearly show the massive loopholes in the hotel's management. The hotel's handling of the situation was superficial and evasive, with no compensation whatsoever. All I wanted was for the hotel to show a serious attitude towards resolving the issue, but unfortunately, that never happened from start to finish.

Service: The staff were incredibly thoughtful! When we checked in, they proactively asked about our preferences for floor and room orientation. Learning that we were tourists, they patiently recommended nearby attractions and photo spots. It's also super convenient to get to Universal Studios, which saved us half the effort of planning our itinerary! Facilities: The bedding was soft and comfortable, the gym equipment was comprehensive, and there was even a dedicated yoga studio. Stretching out with friends there was super stress-relieving and created a fantastic workout atmosphere! Cleanliness: A detail-lover's dream! Every corner of the room was spotless, the sheets and duvet covers were smooth and perfectly fitted, and the toilet was immaculate. We felt completely at ease staying here. Ambiance: The vibe was absolutely amazing! The lobby was bright and clean, with simple yet high-quality decor – it felt comfortable the moment we walked in. There were also two fluffy little dogs in the courtyard; we couldn't help but stop and pet them every time we passed by. It was incredibly therapeutic and made us want to snap photos for our social media! We'll definitely stay here again! Highly recommend for a girls' trip~~~

I stayed here during my trip to Beijing and really liked it. The subway station is super close, and there are two malls nearby, super convenient. Also very easy to get to tourist attractions like National Art Museum, Beihai Park and Nanluoguxiang. Breakfast was the best part. Lots of choices and pretty healthy too. I would consider staying here again next time I’m in Beijing.

This stay was absolutely perfect! Zhang Jiao at the front desk was super efficient with check-in. The room had great natural light and an amazing view. The breakfast offered both Chinese and Western options, and the hotel is close to the subway station, making getting around a breeze. I truly recommend it to everyone!

This hotel, opened in December 2025, is conveniently located and has a massive parking lot. The environment is beautiful, comfortable, clean, and hygienic. The scent in the lobby is very pleasant. The breakfast restaurant staff provides excellent service, and the front desk service is also very thoughtful.

Nice location, surround it with a lot of Halal food which is helpful for Muslim travelers, just it 1 hour far from the city so if you are planning to visit the city you need to plan it well , and their is a metro station 20 min walking from the hotel , the hotel is clean and nice stuff

This hotel exceeded all expectations, definitely a five-star review! The overall environment is clean and elegant, the rooms are well-lit, and every corner is spotlessly clean. The mattress was incredibly comfortable, perfect for unwinding after a long journey. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were warm and attentive, proactively helping with directions. The location is excellent, very close to shopping areas and attractions, saving time and hassle for getting around. Overall, it was a comfortable and great value stay. Highly recommend it to anyone traveling!

Cleanliness: Both the guest rooms and the breakfast area were very clean. Ambiance: Although the hotel is new, there was no strong renovation smell. The air freshener was pleasant and not overpowering. Service: The front desk staff was very welcoming, and check-in was efficient. Around 2 AM on the 19th, while I was in the laundry room, I noticed the on-duty housekeeper helping other guests with their laundry. When I saw them again upstairs, they greeted me warmly and were very polite. Facilities: Overall, the facilities were good. The showerhead's water flow wasn't completely smooth, but fortunately, the water pressure was strong, so it didn't affect the showering experience. It would be even better if the breakfast selection were more diverse. The breakfast area can get quite crowded on weekends, so it would be helpful to have more staff assisting, as the noodle station seemed a bit overwhelmed with just one person. Location: This hotel has the typical Hampton style and is well-decorated. It's a bit of a distance from Metro Line 1, but luckily there are shared bikes outside, making it a 5-minute ride. Most major attractions are easily accessible via Line 1.

This hotel is right next to the subway station, making it super convenient to get to places like Tiananmen Square using just the Line 1/Batong Line. You can hop on from Guanzhuang Station, which is right outside the hotel. Even though the subway is next door, the soundproofing is excellent; once you close the windows, you can't hear a thing. The room was very clean and quite spacious. Hotels out here in East Fifth Ring generally offer more room than those in the city center, so it was a very comfortable stay. Having a window was also nice, letting us get a feel for the daily weather and temperature. Service was absolutely fantastic. They proactively helped us with our luggage up and down the stairs. When we checked out, we entrusted the front desk with mailing our bags for us, and the staff member was incredibly meticulous and helpful. There's also a delicious Malatang restaurant right outside, plus a convenience store and a baozi shop next door. The amenities around here are excellent. All in all, a very pleasant hotel experience.

The breakfast spread was extensive, offering both Western and Chinese options, with fresh ingredients and delicious flavors. The overall service was attentive and thorough, and the value for money is outstanding. I'll definitely prioritize this hotel for my next trip, highly recommended!
