My stay at the Crowne Plaza Beijing Lido was a truly comfortable and pleasant experience overall, earning a five-star rating. The hotel's courtyard, with its lush greenery, offers a tranquil oasis amidst the city's hustle and bustle, creating a wonderful atmosphere. The guest rooms were immaculately cleaned, the bathrooms were dry and well-maintained, and the mattress firmness was just right, ensuring excellent sleep quality. The public areas were clean and elegant, the gym was well-equipped, and the pool water was refreshingly clear. Staff member Anna was incredibly kind and attentive, responding to requests efficiently and thoughtfully. The hotel's location is convenient, with a wide variety of dining options nearby, making it perfect for both business travelers and short getaways. The overall quality is consistently high, and I felt very secure and at ease during my stay. I will definitely prioritize this hotel again on my next visit to Beijing. I'll be back for another stay, and next time I'll make sure to contact the Guest Relations Manager, Anna, in advance!

The room features a smart home system and the environment is excellent. Front desk staff member #3 provided satisfying service and helped upgrade our room type. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer great natural light. I highly recommend staying here. The staff even helped us with our luggage even after we had checked out.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise! As soon as I walked into the lobby, I felt right at home. The front desk staff were warm and polite, and the hallway to the room felt incredibly familiar. Opening the room door instantly gave me a comfortable feeling – it was clean, tidy, and cozy. The space was designed very thoughtfully, feeling both scientific and inviting. You can tell from all the small details, like the color coordination, that a lot of professionalism and care went into it. The breakfast was also excellent.

The room was fantastic, very spacious, and the view was great. Everything was pretty much automated, which was super convenient. I especially loved the lighting design – no need to press individual switches, you just pick one of the pre-set scenes. Service: The service was excellent. Zhang Dong at the front desk had a wonderful attitude, was incredibly thoughtful, explained everything clearly, and was very efficient. They also gave us breakfast vouchers.

The front desk staff were enthusiastic and highly efficient. The hotel's location is excellent, close to a shopping mall, making dining and getting around very convenient. The room's overall minimalist style, however, did lead to some inconveniences; storage cabinets and cups were a bit hard to find. Some facilities showed signs of aging, and the bathroom cleanliness was just average, with a less-than-ideal toilet experience. Additionally, even with the air conditioning off, the room felt damp and cold at night, and I'm not sure why. Overall, the location is a big plus, but there's room for improvement in the hardware details.

The hotel is good. I checked in for 4 days. Early check-in was quick. The room was a bit worn. The linen was clean, and cleaning was regular. I liked the view from the 31st floor window. It was easy to find. The subway and bus stops are nearby. The staff were very friendly. 👍👍👍. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

Excellent location: The hotel is right across from the 798 Art District, making it super convenient for art lovers to explore the galleries on foot. Quality Assurance: As a Hyatt brand, the hotel guarantees high-standard facilities and services. Rooms are generally spacious (around 35 square meters), with a modern and minimalist design, and great natural light. Smart Amenities: The rooms are equipped with smart controls, electric curtains, and smart toilets, providing a very modern experience.

I chose Atour for a short layover during my international transfer, and it was absolutely fantastic! The room was cozy and comfortable, and the front desk staff even upgraded my room type and gave me complimentary breakfast. As someone who works out, I often have damp clothes after exercising, and the hotel's laundry room was a lifesaver. It had two washers and two dryers, along with laundry detergent, delicates wash, disinfectant, and even white shoe foam and tissues! After my workout in the evening, the hotel also offered late-night snacks. I had two meat buns, two siu mai, and two bowls of millet porridge – it really warmed my heart. I was on the fourth floor with a very large suitcase, and there was a spiral staircase I needed to navigate. The staff helped me with my luggage both up and down, which was incredibly touching, as I'm used to doing everything myself! As someone who frequently stays at Marriott, Atour has definitely earned a huge boost in my regard!

The hotel manager was very welcoming, offering a fruit platter upon arrival and assigning us a room with a super expansive view. On a clear day, you can see lush greenery and blue skies, with Wangjing SOHO, a landmark building, in the distance – a great mix of natural and urban landscapes. The room was fully equipped; they even provided earplugs and an eye mask as requested. The slippers were soft, and the bedding and linens were not coarse, leading to a very good night's sleep. It was particularly quiet, and I wasn't disturbed by any outside noise at all. Parking was also conveniently located in the hotel's indoor garage, making it easy to get in and out. My only slight regret is not getting to use the hotel's gym and swimming pool facilities. I hope to have the chance to visit again! It's absolutely worth the price, truly matching its quality and offering an excellent value-for-money stay.
