The hotel is clean and tidy, the room is spacious, clean and large, the park is quiet, the service is very good, very enthusiastic and efficient. The breakfast is also good, with a lot of variety. The restaurant waiter enthusiastically recommended the noodles with soybean paste, which tasted great. The hotel is very cost-effective and worth recommending. Parking is free.

A very pleasant stay. The hotel environment was clean and tidy, the staff were very attentive, and breakfast was also quite good. I'd especially like to highlight the hotel's relaxation area, 'Changchun Tang,' which features a variety of healthy tea drinks, some of which you can even purchase to brew at home. Their newly acquired coffee beans are also wonderfully aromatic and have a rich, delicious flavor. The owner has clearly put a lot of thought and care into these details. The hotel's ground floor location is very convenient for exploring, being close to the subway station. There are also two excellent restaurants directly accessible via the hotel's hallway, serving delicious food with generous portions. Highly recommended!

Lost count of the number of times I've stayed here. Besides the fact that the hotel is really far from the city centre, everything else is amazing. Quiet neighbourhood makes every trip truely relaxing. Hotel breakfast buffet has an amazing spread and staff are exceptionally well trained and friendly. Highly recommend!

The room was very nice. Anna at the front desk was very welcoming and gave us welcome fruit for members. The room facilities were complete, the hotel was clean, the lobby was bright, there was parking outside, and the breakfast was very rich. I would choose to stay here again next time. The service staff was particularly warm.

What's more, the quality of the costumes is superb, easily comparable to the official merchandise sold inside the park. Now for the cons – these aren't deal-breakers, but rather sincere suggestions for the hotel to consider for improvement: The biggest issue is the laundry room, which is equipped with household washing machines (front-loader + heat pump dryer). While these are fine for home use, the efficiency gap between household and commercial machines is huge; commercial ones are at least three times faster. Currently, a single wash cycle takes 2 hours, and drying takes 3 hours. Who on a trip has 5 hours to wait around for laundry? Furthermore, the laundry room is always operating at full capacity, making it frequently unavailable. It's also entirely self-service, with no labels for room numbers and no staff to help with drying or collecting clothes. This makes the laundry room quite impractical and more trouble than it's worth. Nevertheless, I'm still giving it a five-star rating because its advantages truly stand out. I highly recommend staying here.

I stayed at Chaolin Songyuan Hotel with my children for the first time. The service was very good in all aspects. The hotel staff were very enthusiastic and polite. Any problems could be handled quickly and thoughtfully. The room was clean, and fruits and snacks and yogurt were delivered every afternoon. The children's playground was rich in content, and the water world was the favorite of children. It was reported every day. The water temperature of the hotel swimming pool was 30.5 degrees Celsius, which won the hearts of old mothers. I enjoyed it beautifully. The breakfast buffet was rich, and the room also came with four single-order foods outside the buffet. The steak, egg rolls, and beef patties tasted good. The most important thing was that there were really not many people. You don't have to squeeze into major scenic spots during this May Day, just relax and enjoy lying down here.

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and it was much better than I expected. It has a laundry room and a gym, so the facilities are quite complete. There's a supermarket in the lobby on the first floor, and it's quite cost-effective for the price. The subway station is right next door, just a few minutes' walk away. I stayed at this hotel for an exam in Yizhuang. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, the service was excellent, and parking was a breeze. They even threw in breakfast vouchers. My only complaint is the poor sound insulation; I was kept awake past 1 AM by noise from the room next door.
