Very good hotel, near the Beijing South train station, clean, the bed super comfortable. The lobby staff very good and polite, they lets us check out 2 hours late at not extra charge. Score 💯 % Thank you 🙏

A very satisfactory stay. The location of the hotel is very convenient. It is next to the third ring road, very close to the South Railway Station, and there is a bus stop not far from the door. It is also relatively close to the Muxiyuan subway station. It takes less than ten minutes to walk! The lady at the front desk is very helpful, the room is not bad, and the bed is very comfortable! I am more satisfied with the hot water in their home, it is really easy to rinse, and it is comfortable to take a bath! Hahaha! Asking the front desk for toiletries actually gave a set, which is worthy of praise!

The hotel service is warm and friendly. We arrived late at night and upgraded our room. The location is great. It takes 10 minutes to get to the South Station by taxi. It is convenient and comfortable. The breakfast is also good and the store environment is very fashionable It is worth mentioning that the cleaning products are good and easy to use. 😊 There is a surprise in the bath, and it comes with nice background music. Children love it💕. The robot delivery is also very efficient. I also want to praise Miss Xue Xue, who is friendly and patient. In short, a big thumbs up👍

Very close to the MRT stations, surrounded with restaurants, very strategic location. Staffs are helpful enough. Breakfast is simple but nice, initially only expecting one set of breakfast per room but i guess it is upgraded to simple buffet breakfast. Recommended. Cleanliness and quality of daily room cleaning have some space for improvement. The corner room has bad internet connection.

Stay was overall fine. We got a kids room so there were toys and a tent which was nice. Overall service was fine. The front desk people were nice but didn’t always understand what I was asking in English so had to figure a few things out in my own. Breakfast was decent and the area was safe and near several metros. Could see the temple of Heaven from the room. That was a bonus.

The golden oasis hotel is excellent. Although the employees at reception don't speak English, they were very helpful in solving all our needs using translator app. The room itself was very clean with all amenities provided. Overall, a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Beijing.

Checked in at around 9 or 10 in the morning, and was able to arrange a room with floor-to-ceiling windows, which was pretty good. The environment and sanitation were OK. The service was a little worse than that in other cities. I felt that the front desk was not particularly enthusiastic. However, I will choose this hotel again next time because I like the room arranged. Five-star praise

The hotel receptionists and staffs were nice and kind. We stayed at Shangdu hotel for 3 days. Cleanliness and services were remarkable. Note: the staffs do not speak in English, but they use translation apps to communicate clearly. That was very hardworking. Thanks for the staffs. We were enjoyed it.
