This hotel is very close to Chegongzhuang West subway station. The service was good; they even prepared bottled water for check-out. I received a room upgrade, and while the room wasn't huge, the bath towels and regular towels were all individually wrapped, which made the whole place feel very clean. The view from the entrance is as pictured, surrounded by residential buildings. It's also very close to Beijing North Railway Station.

The hotel environment is comfortable, and the transportation is convenient. The rooms are smart and practical, and the staff are friendly and professional. The breakfast selection is also very rich. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, a very satisfying stay, and I highly recommend it!

The bed was super comfy! I slept like a baby. The view from the window was lovely too, with the beautiful Beiwai (Beijing Foreign Studies University) buildings in sight. Right downstairs there's a McDonald's and a convenience store, and it's not far from Suzhou Bridge subway station, which is really convenient!

This is a new hotel from 2025, so all the facilities are brand new. The design is simple, stylish, and cozy, and it's very clean. There was even a small, fresh potted plant on the desk. The room looked exactly like the official photos provided by the hotel, which is a huge plus for authenticity – many hotels have official pictures that are wildly different from reality. The location is within the North Fourth Ring Road, making it very convenient to get to Wudaokou and Zhongguancun, and it's not far from the subway station. The soundproofing could be a bit better, but it's hard to find a hotel with great soundproofing these days. The front desk staff and cleaning ladies were all very nice and even offered kind well wishes before I left. The hotel itself has very limited parking, but there are quite a few parking lots nearby, which is convenient.

The environment here is really good, and the location is excellent, right near Jiaotong University, just off the Second Ring Road. It offers great value for money! There's a shopping mall and a subway station nearby, and taxis are easily accessible. The lady at the front desk was so kind and helpful; she even upgraded our room when we checked in, which we really appreciate. The hotel facilities are also very comprehensive. I truly highly recommend it!

This is a pretty good hotel, quite new. Its biggest advantage is its proximity to the Central University of Finance and Economics; it's just a few steps away, which is super convenient. They also offer complimentary breakfast, which is a nice human touch! Overall, it's great, and I'd definitely consider staying here again next time!

Extremely satisfied! I arrived at 7:30 AM, planning just to drop off my luggage, but the front desk staff was incredibly thoughtful and checked me in right away, even upgrading my room. The room was spacious and bright, and the furniture was very practical. The surrounding area is a lively neighborhood, making it easy to buy things and grab breakfast. There's a fantastic bakery (Moscow Bakery) right at the corner when you step out. Transportation is also very convenient. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Beijing.

Mercure has always been a top choice for my friends and me when traveling in China. When checking in at 1 AM, the front desk agent, Yin Ruotong (Sweet), was still patient and meticulous in helping with the procedures. Liu Yanxiang's enthusiastic greetings brightened my day, and the auntie who cooks noodles in the restaurant always had a big smile. Wei Zhengquan at the front desk was also very helpful, patiently assisting me in finding my Taobao packages that were delivered to the hotel. A special shout-out goes to a young man at the front desk, wearing a black uniform, who worked the evening shift on May 19th; he tirelessly helped me track down numerous packages when I was collecting them. Thank you to all the staff for their thoughtful service, which made this stay particularly memorable.

My stay at this hotel happened to coincide with the September 3rd military parade, and the experience was truly delightful! The moment I stepped into the lobby, I was enveloped by a vibrant atmosphere, with themed decorations everywhere. What was even more heartwarming was that the staff handed out small national flags to every guest checking in. Receiving one brought a wave of emotion and an immediate sense of participation, making this stay an incredibly special memory! The hotel itself didn't disappoint either. The room was clean, bright, and meticulously organized, making for a truly comfortable stay. Whether it was checking in at the front desk or later calling with questions about facilities, the staff were incredibly patient and responded quickly, without any delay. The amenities were incredibly comprehensive too – the lobby offered a coffee machine, smart lockers, and on-demand delivery robots. They even had a laundry room, which was a pleasant surprise! They've thought of everything one might need daily – so convenient! This stay truly exceeded all my expectations, and the next time I'm in the area, I'll definitely choose this hotel again!
