Facilities: Very complete. Cleanliness: Very clean. Environment: Very quiet. Service: Very thoughtful. They sent an SMS to confirm the order before check-in. The room had no peculiar smell, and the breakfast was excellent. The staff were enthusiastic and helpful. Ordering takeout was also very convenient, with a robot delivering it to the room. Self-service laundry was also very convenient; clothes were washed, dried, and delivered to the room door.

For its price in Beijing's 3rd Ring Road, this hotel offers incredible value for money. The room was spacious and clean, the front desk service was warm and welcoming, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The subway station isn't far either. I highly recommend staying here.

The transportation nearby is incredibly convenient, very close to the 3rd Ring Road, right next to Beijing Foreign Studies University. Recommended!

Ambiance: Great. Minibar: Complimentary and well-stocked. Service: Very good attitude. Americano: Delicious. The room was clean and came with a coffee machine. There was even a jewelry box, which is such a thoughtful touch for women to store their jewelry. I'll definitely choose to stay at this hotel again in the future.

The environment here is really good, and the location is excellent, right near Jiaotong University, just off the Second Ring Road. It offers great value for money! There's a shopping mall and a subway station nearby, and taxis are easily accessible. The lady at the front desk was so kind and helpful; she even upgraded our room when we checked in, which we really appreciate. The hotel facilities are also very comprehensive. I truly highly recommend it!

The staff was amazing and really helpful, but only 1 person knows English a little bit, however we were able to used translator(bought eSim at Trip.com). The room itself was clean, but the walls have some marks and what I didn’t like is strong cigarette odour(probably previous guest smoked and even after cleaning I can still smell it). The breakfast buffet was pretty good and we really enjoyed it. The subway is 30 min walk, so we used taxi. Overall, this hotel is more for Chinese people than foreigners because we were the only foreigners during our stay.

Transportation is incredibly convenient, with numerous subway and bus stops nearby, and Beijing North Station is just a 15-minute walk away. Steeped in history, the hotel has hosted many returning overseas Chinese and various celebrities, giving it significant cultural value. It's also near the Moscow Restaurant and Moscow Bakery, offering a taste of old Beijing's classic flavors. The facilities are comprehensive, though a few show a bit of age. What truly stands out is the rigorous hygiene standard; the cleanliness far exceeds a five-star rating, with teacups and kettles sparkling clean and completely free of limescale. The exterior environment is pleasantly quiet, and the staff are friendly and attentive. Overall, it was an excellent stay.

First time staying at this hotel, and it was clean and well-maintained. Surprisingly, it's part of the Huazhu Group, and the price wasn't too expensive. The front desk staff were warm and attentive. It's very close to Xizhimen and convenient for getting around. Highly recommend!

Mercure has always been a top choice for my friends and me when traveling in China. When checking in at 1 AM, the front desk agent, Yin Ruotong (Sweet), was still patient and meticulous in helping with the procedures. Liu Yanxiang's enthusiastic greetings brightened my day, and the auntie who cooks noodles in the restaurant always had a big smile. Wei Zhengquan at the front desk was also very helpful, patiently assisting me in finding my Taobao packages that were delivered to the hotel. A special shout-out goes to a young man at the front desk, wearing a black uniform, who worked the evening shift on May 19th; he tirelessly helped me track down numerous packages when I was collecting them. Thank you to all the staff for their thoughtful service, which made this stay particularly memorable.

The hotel is conveniently located near the school. The rooms were spotless, and the service was exceptionally warm and thorough. Having a laundry room available was a big plus. Front desk staff member #602 deserves special recognition; they were incredibly thoughtful, explained everything enthusiastically, and were highly professional. The hotel was very comfortable, and all the staff displayed excellent professionalism and courtesy.
