This hotel is located in Zhongguancun, offering convenient transportation and easy access to dining and shopping. The interior is comfortable and clean, with comprehensive facilities and a smart control system. The cafeteria is bright and spotless, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of dishes, which my child absolutely loved. The front desk staff and housekeeping were incredibly enthusiastic and patient, helping us with all our requests when traveling with a child. We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.

The environment here is really good, and the location is excellent, right near Jiaotong University, just off the Second Ring Road. It offers great value for money! There's a shopping mall and a subway station nearby, and taxis are easily accessible. The lady at the front desk was so kind and helpful; she even upgraded our room when we checked in, which we really appreciate. The hotel facilities are also very comprehensive. I truly highly recommend it!

This hotel definitely deserves a full five stars! The front desk staff, especially employee number 11, was incredibly efficient. They quickly verified my information and I was checked in in no time. The room was meticulously cleaned and spotless. I also appreciated the separate shower and toilet in the bathroom. Whenever I needed directions or to borrow something, the front desk staff was always eager to help. The surrounding area has a fantastic selection of restaurants and supermarkets, making it super convenient for getting around. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Mercure has always been a top choice for my friends and me when traveling in China. When checking in at 1 AM, the front desk agent, Yin Ruotong (Sweet), was still patient and meticulous in helping with the procedures. Liu Yanxiang's enthusiastic greetings brightened my day, and the auntie who cooks noodles in the restaurant always had a big smile. Wei Zhengquan at the front desk was also very helpful, patiently assisting me in finding my Taobao packages that were delivered to the hotel. A special shout-out goes to a young man at the front desk, wearing a black uniform, who worked the evening shift on May 19th; he tirelessly helped me track down numerous packages when I was collecting them. Thank you to all the staff for their thoughtful service, which made this stay particularly memorable.

Let me start by saying, if I could give this hotel six stars, I absolutely would without hesitation! First off, the location is superb. It's just around the corner from the subway station, and Xizhimen is a major transportation hub, plus Beijing North Railway Station is nearby. Upon arriving in the lobby, staff were there to greet and assist, offering tips on local attractions and important notes, and even helping with luggage. A special shout-out to Tong Meiyi for her warm and thoughtful service. During my stay, something happened: I checked out early in the morning with my child, but after finishing our sightseeing sooner than expected, I regretted checking out so early. We still had several hours until our high-speed train departed. When I returned to pick up our luggage, I asked the front desk if we could rest for a few more hours if my room hadn't been cleaned yet. Xiao Ziyun, who was at the desk, saw how tired I looked and immediately checked the room availability. Understanding my situation, she said the room hadn't been cleaned yet and it was fine. However, when I opened the door, I found the room spotless! Honestly, I was quite touched at that moment. To minimize extra work for the cleaning staff, I barely used the room, only watching TV, and I even avoided using the faucets and toilet. When I left, I met the two cleaning ladies, who were all smiles and understanding, assuring me it was no problem and they'd recheck the room. (The ladies were Zhou Qiaofeng and Li Guiling.) Having stayed in countless hotels, this level of wholehearted service for guests is truly rare. I will definitely choose this place again on my next trip to Beijing.

Transportation is incredibly convenient, with numerous subway and bus stops nearby, and Beijing North Station is just a 15-minute walk away. Steeped in history, the hotel has hosted many returning overseas Chinese and various celebrities, giving it significant cultural value. It's also near the Moscow Restaurant and Moscow Bakery, offering a taste of old Beijing's classic flavors. The facilities are comprehensive, though a few show a bit of age. What truly stands out is the rigorous hygiene standard; the cleanliness far exceeds a five-star rating, with teacups and kettles sparkling clean and completely free of limescale. The exterior environment is pleasantly quiet, and the staff are friendly and attentive. Overall, it was an excellent stay.

I highly recommend this hotel! I originally planned to stay for only one night, but I was so satisfied that I ended up staying for four nights. Although the location is a bit of a distance from the subway station, I was fully satisfied thanks to the reasonable price and pleasant facilities. I mainly used the Hello Bike. Since it is a newly built hotel, everything is very clean, and it is well-equipped with thoughtful amenities for guests, such as washing machines, dryers, water purifiers, and vending machines. (The washing machines and dryers were available for free use. I don't think there was detergent in the laundry room, so I used the detergent I brought with me.) Also, there is a large supermarket in the same building, so I was able to buy fresh fruit and yogurt every morning. Above all, what I remember most is the kindness of the staff. While magnificent landmarks in Beijing like the Great Wall, the Forbidden City, and Tiananmen Square were impressive, what remains in my memory the longest, even after time has passed, is the warmth of the local people I met. I sincerely thank the front desk staff and the female manager who always welcomed me with bright smiles, as well as the lady on the second floor who kept the bedding fresh and pleasant, for giving me such wonderful memories.

It offered easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation, making it simple to explore the area. Although conveniently located, the hotel maintained a peaceful and serene atmosphere, creating a relaxing ambiance after a long day.
