Hotels in Xizhimen and Beijing Exhibition Center Area, Beijing

Environment: I stumbled upon this hotel while traveling with my children this summer. It's conveniently located near the University of Chemical Technology, offering a quiet environment and excellent value. We weren't disappointed. A taxi ride to the Military Museum, Beijing West, and Tiananmen Square takes just over 20 minutes. While the nearest subway station is about 1 kilometer away, there's a bus stop right outside, making it convenient. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and the children love the noodles at Ga Lianshou, a halal restaurant. The downside is the cramped room. Service: The front desk was attentive and helpful, offering a souvenir upon check-out. The lobby was clean and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay. I'd definitely consider staying here again. The invoice was issued incredibly fast and all the information was perfectly accurate. The ticket issuance was prompt and the format was standard, making verification smooth. This really helped with the hassle of daily reimbursements. I'm very satisfied! The check-in experience was excellent; the staff were enthusiastic, and everything was clean and hygienic. The breakfast offered a rich variety of options.

Facilities: The renovated rooms still have a questionable design, but the basic amenities are good. Hot water is quick, the temperature is constant, and the water pressure is strong. The toilet seat is incredibly cold and hard, which is a bit off-putting. They provide both soft and firm pillows, one of which is a memory foam pillow. The hairdryer has powerful airflow, and although it's not a high-speed dryer, it's effective. Soundproofing is good, so it's not noisy even though it faces the street. Environment: Located in the northwest corner of Beijing's Second Ring Road, it's a 10-minute walk to Xizhimen Station on Line 2 (the subway station is under CapitaMall, and the time spent navigating that is almost as long as the walk above ground). It's not a 'no-man's-land' line; transportation is convenient. More importantly, if you plan to visit Tiananmen Square, you need to travel from east to west along Chang'an Avenue, so staying in the northwest avoids backtracking. There are two paths from the hotel: one goes through a park directly to the subway station, and the other passes by the Beijing Exhibition Center, where you can find breakfast shops. A towering ancient cypress tree stands in the courtyard, bringing a sense of tranquility. Next to it is a small park, and in May, the roses are in full bloom, making it a delightful experience, especially with the timely rain. Service: The front desk proactively upgraded my room and offered mailing services. They were particularly kind and friendly (they didn't treat me like an outsider and insult me, thankfully). Hygiene: I didn't find any dark corners.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The team went above and beyond by upgrading my room, which made the experience even more comfortable and enjoyable. They were also very accommodating in allowing my friend to stay longer, which I really appreciated. The service was warm, flexible, and genuinely thoughtful throughout my stay. It made a big difference and left a great impression. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again in the future.

The biggest advantage of this hotel is its incredibly convenient location. The subway station is literally a 10-meter walk from the entrance, and you can take Line 4 directly from Beijing South Railway Station to the hotel (Xinjiekou Station, Exit D). The front desk staff were very warm and helpful; they even carried my luggage to my room door. The bathroom is small but very clean. Given the slightly older hotel facilities, this was acceptable. Soundproofing could be better, and breakfast is decent – enough to fill you up.

I stayed at this designated hotel for my daughter's Singapore youth dance camp, organized by the Beijing Dance Academy. It's the closest hotel to the academy, just a few minutes' walk away. Ordering takeout was super convenient; a robot delivered it right to our room door. My daughter absolutely loved the robot delivery! She made me order takeout multiple times a day just so she could play with it, haha.

The hotel service was excellent. Check-in was efficient at the front desk, and they even offered to store our luggage. The room's cleanliness was impeccable, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. It had great natural light and ventilation. The bed was just right in terms of firmness, and the soundproofing was good too. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, strong water pressure, and a thoughtful smart toilet. Breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh options, and the location was very convenient. It's perfect for both business trips and leisure travel, offering incredible value for money. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

The front desk service is really super intimate, especially the service staff surnamed Yao. As soon as they enter the door, someone takes the initiative to help with the luggage. The check-in is also very fast. The smile service throughout the whole process makes people feel particularly comfortable. If you have something to call, the customer service response is also timely, and the experience is full 😊 The equipment and facilities are also very new and live in peace of mind. I will choose this one next time! !

整體都很滿意，超出預期。房間雖然有點小，但一點也不影響住，而且價格也不貴，在北京能住上性價比這麼高的酒店應該也很難，房間乾淨衞生整潔舒適，馬桶也是智能的，房間無異味，空調熱水都可以正常使用，前台小姐姐服務態度很温和，打掃衞生的阿姨也是，最主要樓下還有一家山西麪館，他家麪也好吃的，還有一家麻辣串店（沒吃，擔心衞生問題），已經有十來年沒有來北京了，這次來是陪老公看病的，來了一個坑也沒有踩，很開心，推薦給外地需要住宿的姐妹們！

The hotel is just a short walk from Exit A of Ping'anli station, which is perfect for lazy people. There were a lot of foreigners, which felt a bit strange. The Huguosi snacks nearby were very convenient, and the location was great for getting around. The only downside was that the hotel and the beds were quite small.
