Hotels in Huilongguan/Tiantongyuan Area, Beijing

The hotel has complete facilities, clean and comfortable rooms, comfortable beds, good refrigeration in the small refrigerator, and super cool robot food delivery! The front desk service is warm and welcoming, and you can stay safely and comfortably if you ask for it! The hotel is located near Huilongguan East Street Station on Metro Line 8. It takes only 15 minutes by taxi to reach the Huilongguan branch of Jishuitan Hospital. The transportation is so convenient that there is nothing to say!

Very clean hotel. Staff can not speak English but very helpfull. Breakfast is okay. Located near the MRT station. Equipped with robot for food delivery. Definetly will come back.

[Hygiene: worse than budget hotels] 1. After cleaning, the finished take-out box was thrown away on the table, but the table was not wiped and there were still oil stains on it, and it remained like this for several days; 2. The newly replaced pillowcase has obvious black stains on the front, and there are yellow stains on the corners of the towel and quilt cover. [Service: Lack of management experience] 1. I turned on ”Do Not Disturb” and still got a knock on the door in the morning. I opened the door and saw the manager (?) lecturing the cleaning lady, saying, ”If you hang up Do Not Disturb, don't knock on the door.” The aunt explained, ”The group said this room needs to be cleaned.” But the manager kept blaming the aunt for his own reasons. It shows that there is no experience in management details and lack of clear plans, so superiors and subordinates will have objections. 2. There are not enough staff at the front desk at noon. When checking out, there were two people at the front desk. One was resting on his stomach, while the other was busy registering, making phone calls, answering calls and greeting guests. I am completely overwhelmed, so I feel a little impatient. It's understandable, but whether it's due to insufficient staffing or there are still people taking advantage of the situation. It's all a management issue. 3. Omissions in health management. The occurrence of obvious health problems for several days in a row shows that there were no ward rounds or even random inspections, and there were huge oversights in health management. Environment and facilities: I have stayed at a dozen Royalton hotels, and this one ranks among the top four. The facilities are very new.

The hotel is very cost-effective and reasonably priced. The hotel staff, Xiao Song, has a very good service attitude. The service and facilities far exceeded my expectations. Among hotels in the same price range, this hotel's performance is excellent. Whether it is the accommodation environment, service quality or catering quality, I feel it is a great value for money. I will choose this hotel without hesitation next time.

The hotel was beyond expectation, the breakfast was great! Duck blood vermicelli soup, beef noodles, mutton soup steamed buns, some Cantonese tea snacks, black bean sauce chicken feet, tripe, Beijing snacks, pancakes, fried dough sticks, meat patties, super rich, the green tea in the morning was all fresh tea! The room had a wide view and a small kitchen, which was very clean. The only problem was that the toilet was small, the shower room was small, and the carpet was not very clean! The flaws did not outweigh the merits, it was still very good! There is also a coffee shop in the hotel lobby, and there is a tea room and coffee behind the restaurant. The hotel front desk was very polite!

The connecting rooms didn't quite match the photos online and weren't what I'd consider a true family room. While the cleanliness seemed acceptable at first glance, the details were disappointing. I'll upload photos later, but finding moldy tissues *still in the dispenser* for guests to use was absolutely disgusting. We were in a rush to check out because my child wasn't feeling well, so we didn't report it at the time. My child has continued to be unwell since we returned, and I'm taking this time to provide feedback, hoping for improvements.

Hotel is located in a residential areas outside the city of Beijing, means you can enjoy daily local life, let’s day 10 stops to Lama temple but metro Line 5 makes travel to everywhere is so easy. There are many mall or market nearby means easy to find meal. The hotel is nice, clean and having everything you may need for solo travelers. I booked with breakfast, I forgot that I booked a tour too early before breakfast time. But staff is so nice to prepare a simple meal for me to takeaway makes me so thankful for it. Staff is really nice and so helpful . By the way people who has sensitive ears like me, you should prepare earplugs since the wall is pretty thin I guess. I can hear people talk sometimes.

Came here on a business trip and stayed for a few days. The experience was really great! The room was clean and tidy, the sheets and quilts were not wrinkled at all, the bathroom had no odor, and the toilet and shower area were bright. The staff Xiaoguan and Aili were very nice. They greeted each other warmly every time they met, and helped to solve any needs immediately. The breakfast was rich in variety, including soy milk and fried dough sticks, steamed buns and wontons, and freshly cooked noodles, which were very comfortable to eat. The location is also very convenient, with convenience stores and bus stops nearby. The price is affordable and the cost performance is super high. I will stay here again next time I come!
