Housekeeping is very consistent to clean ur room everyday. Very spacious room downside is no fridge. There’s is a Tim Hortons at the ground floor if you like to have a quick coffee. The only downside i can see is i purchased for a room with window view but they assigned me at the end most of the floor next to the housekeeping quarters so i can hear the loud voices of the staff outside madded the smell of the cigarette and window has a obstructive view. Breakfast has a limited choices same dish everyday if you are a picky eater. I would suggest to opt out the breakfast option.
Facilities: Excellent
Cleanliness: Spotless
Ambiance: Comfortable and elegant
Service: All the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, I was very impressed.
After spending several days in Beijing, I finally settled on Dequan Lux Hotel, which is conveniently located near Chaoyang Station. Everything about it was outstanding. They even provided complimentary breakfast. Feeling well-fed and well-rested, I'm now heading home, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Beijing!
The ambiance was wonderful. Staying on the 27th floor offered fantastic city skyline views, which were especially beautiful at night. The service was excellent; I was particularly impressed that takeout deliveries are handled by an automated robot straight to your room. As for cleanliness, turndown service had already been completed by the time we returned to the room each evening, with water thoughtfully placed by the bedside – a very considerate touch. Upon check-in, we were also welcomed with complimentary fruits, desserts, and coconut water. The hotel is conveniently located right next to a subway station, making transportation incredibly easy. I would absolutely choose to stay at The Westin again if I have the chance.

During summer vacation, with our child out of school, time at home seemed to stretch endlessly. Our entire day revolves around our little one, and as full-time parents, we rarely get a moment to ourselves. This time, we chose the Kempinski Hotel Beijing Lufthansa Center without any specific 'itinerary' in mind; we simply wanted to stay a night, enjoy a meal, and unwind.
🛏 Room Experience
We contacted the hotel a day in advance, and the front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful, arranging a quiet floor for us. Upon entering the room, we were greeted by a familiar fresh scent. The biggest pleasant surprise was that we had requested a child bed rail beforehand, and it was already installed when we arrived – no waiting, which was both convenient and reassuring. Our child's favorite part was the large bathtub; his first words were, 'I want to take a bath!' The bedding was soft and comfortable, and all three of us slept soundly until we naturally woke up. Additionally, the package included parking, which was very convenient for us driving there.
🥂 Dining Experience (Dinner + Lunch)
We booked a package that included the Xindian Buffet Dinner. As returning guests, Xindian continued to be 'the familiar joy': The seafood section was fresh, with sweet shrimp, crisp clams, and thick, firm salmon slices. The teppanyaki section was wonderfully fragrant, offering piping hot steak, squid, and lamb chops. The beverage area even had free-flow sparkling and red wine, which for us, as full-time parents, was a rare and welcome indulgence. The staff were consistently smiling, clearing plates and refilling drinks very promptly, making for an excellent experience. The next day, we added the Long Yuan Dim Sum Buffet for lunch, and it didn't disappoint. The shrimp dumplings were crystal clear, the lava buns burst with filling in one bite, and the rice rolls, chicken feet, and sweet soups were all exquisitely made. The pace was unhurried, the flavors weren't overwhelming, and even our child ate with great relish.
🏊 Family Experience
While not a traditional family-focused hotel, our child absolutely loved this 'move.' The pool was very clean and well-managed; he enjoyed splashing around so much he didn't want to leave. Riding the elevator in his bathrobe was a definite highlight of his trip. It was also rare for us to just let him be; simply watching his little figure wandering around the hotel made us feel like we had made the right decision. In the evening, he sat on a lobby sofa for a long time, and we didn't rush him or tell him it was time to go. In that moment, his mother and I felt like we were watching a silent movie, slow and tender.
🧼 Service Experience (supplement)
All the staff were incredibly friendly, from the front desk and restaurant to the housekeeping team; they were all especially kind to our child. The only minor drawback was that when we wanted to change towels and have the room tidied, we called room service, but had to wait quite a while and follow up once before they arrived. It wasn't a major issue, but the pace felt a little slow.
🌙 Overall Feeling
All three of us slept incredibly well. There was no alarm clock, no agenda, and no feeling of being rushed. We simply settled in for a good night in a quiet corner of the city. We weren't here to entertain our child, nor were we on a traditional vacation – we simply wanted to escape from our 'parent' identity for a night. Thank you, Kempinski, for giving us this space. It also quietly planted a little idea in our minds: Next time, we'd love to experience Kempinski's highly-reputed Executive Lounge and Happy Hour. After all, it's widely recognized as one of the best executive club experiences in the industry – definitely worth finding another 'reason to relax' for ourselves.

We are extremely grateful to Xiao Yuan from the front desk for her assistance at the hotel. I really like her. When my friends and I were planning to go on a trip, she recommended places for us to visit. And the most important thing is that when we came back in the evening and were extremely tired and had no energy to walk, we just wanted to order a takeout. But we didn't have Chinese mobile phone numbers, so we had to ask Xiao Yuan to help us order it. I'm really sorry that I have bothered Xiao Yuan to help us order takeout for two or three consecutive times. Her attitude was very good. When the takeout arrived, she would also remind us that it was here. It was really super great. We really like her. Before, I had always wanted to write a review, but when I got home, I was too busy. It wasn't until now that I remembered to write it.
Hands down, the best value hotel I've ever stayed at! The room was incredibly cozy and beautifully decorated, and the smart toilet was an absolute joy to use. For dinner, we could even order takeout, and a robot delivered it directly to our door – talk about a truly high-tech experience! The breakfast spread offered such a huge variety that I couldn't possibly try everything, and the freshly cooked noodles were incredibly fragrant. The location is also super convenient, just a five-minute walk from the subway station, making it perfect for both business and leisure travelers!
Nice upscale hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms and other shared areas. Good sized rooms with big windows. Fantastic gym for workouts with a lot more equipment than most hotels. Is the reason I chose this hotel. Only minus is about a 15-20 minute walk to two different metro lines, but can walk or shared bike is ok. Easy for cars and Didi/Taxi pickups. Shower was very good too. I would stay here again.
We were surprised for a 5 stars, nobody was here to help us with the luggages.
We had drinks offered in the fridge but only soda or beers... Fruit juice would have been a ice and healthier option.
Last thing, when they come for the room, please don't come so early in the morning with kids in the room. It wakes them up.
For the rest, it was average

Service: Right from the moment we arrived, the security guard was incredibly helpful and enthusiastic, assisting us with our luggage. It was a fantastic first impression! The front desk staff were also very warm and welcoming, and both check-in and extending our stay were handled swiftly. We encountered a couple of minor issues in our room, but they were quickly resolved, and we were even given a thoughtful souvenir.
Facilities: While the decor might have a bit of an older feel, it exudes a timeless quality, offering the classic experience of an established star hotel. The hotel breakfast was also excellent, with a good variety of choices.
Cleanliness: Cleanliness was impeccable. Whenever we needed anything replenished, the housekeeping staff were quick to respond, and rubbish was cleared promptly.

Excellent
GGuest UserThe room is clean and tidy. The surrounding environment is very quiet. The toilet and shower room are large and convenient for taking a shower. There are also Xiaodu smart curtains. The service staff is enthusiastic and the breakfast is delicious. It is very close to Ichiban Street and convenient for eating Japanese food.
3320127****I had some business in the area and after comparing several nearby hotels online, I chose Baiman. It turned out to be an excellent decision. The hotel is clean, safe, and offers a good level of privacy. The bedding and towels were very comfortable, and the bathroom features a convenient wet/dry separation. The shower's water temperature and pressure adjusted quickly, which my child particularly enjoyed. The location is very convenient for getting around. I noticed many students and business professionals staying here, presumably for visa applications at the US Consulate; we took a walk there one evening, and it took just over 10 minutes. There are also plenty of great food spots and popular attractions nearby. I'll definitely be back!
GGuest UserI had a fantastic stay at this hotel during my time in Beijing. The rooms were spotless and well maintained, with everything in perfect working order. What really stood out, though, was the staff—they went above and beyond to help with anything I needed, from directions to local recommendations. Their kindness and professionalism made all the difference. I’d definitely stay here again!
AAnonymous UserConsidering the price in Beijing, it offers decent value for money. The room and lobby's ambiance and facilities were alright. However, I can't quite grasp why this hotel has such high ratings. Perhaps this specific room type is one to avoid – you really do get what you pay for.
1. The window was tiny and faced an air shaft, which was uncomfortable but manageable.
2. This marks the second time I've encountered unclean bedsheets at an Atour hotel. The previous instance, in a smaller city, involved unwashed bloodstains. This time, I again found visible dirty marks, which was truly unsettling. While customer service was prompt, their initial explanation was that these weren't dirt, but simply 'unwashable marks'... Naturally, I insisted on new sheets. However, if marks can't be removed, shouldn't the linen be discarded? For a brand hotel, is this really the standard of their quality control?! This pertains to the most fundamental aspect of visible hygiene; I shudder to imagine what hidden issues might exist.
3. Starting in the middle of the night, a loud buzzing sound emanated from the ceiling, akin to an air-raid siren. When I contacted customer service, they attributed it to the flow of cold water in the central air conditioning system. This begs the question: Has no one stayed in this room or hotel before and encountered this? Why are all previous reviews overwhelmingly positive? The proposed solution involved disassembling part of the ceiling late at night to switch it off, which subsequently made the room uncomfortably hot and severely disrupted my sleep.
If complimentary late-night porridge is considered a value-added service, then I'd suggest the hotel first perfect its core offerings of hygiene and a restful environment, before focusing on such extras.
I am profoundly disappointed with the brand. This was a truly unpleasant experience, and I sincerely hope the hotel addresses these issues.
AAnonymous UserExceeded my expectations! The hotel is in a residential area and feels relatively safe. The room is quite new, with a little bit of decoration. The front desk service was very warm and thoughtful. Ctrip showed that breakfast was included, but the hotel showed that there was no breakfast, so the front desk helped me add it. The breakfast is very rich! The room was clean and I personally felt it was quite quiet.
GGuest UserThe location is convenient and it's quite quiet. The shower pressure was excellent. They thoughtfully provide kids' slippers and toothbrushes. Breakfast offered a great variety, and the service was warm and friendly. We had no issues with mosquitoes or bugs, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Just a minor suggestion: the windows were a bit dirty and could use a clean.
GGuest UserVery satisfied with the stay, the room is spacious, the sanitary environment is good, there are many delicious shops around, and it is also close to Chaoyang Park, which is very convenient for walking. Thanks to the front desk staff~
BBrizio SiafaThe service is super cool, people are kind and respectful, it’s also very kind and not far from the metro Jintailu, a 7-Eleven and the center of the city, a very reasonable price for the service, it was perfect !!
GGuest UserI had initially planned to extend my stay but later canceled. Throughout this process, the front desk staff, whether I contacted them online or in person, were incredibly patient and attentive. Its proximity to Chengjia Plaza makes it an ideal choice for out-of-town guests needing to submit visa applications. The value for money is outstanding, and the surrounding area offers extremely convenient transport links and dining options. Highly recommend – a solid five stars!
