Service: Very very very good 👍🏻 (strong praise). Whether it is the manager on duty, the cleaning lady, or the grandpa who cooks noodles and wontons in the buffet area, they are all very nice! ! If you have any questions, you can communicate with the front desk and the manager on duty. Their service really makes me feel that customers are the top priority and their attitude makes me feel comfortable. Hygiene: I have very sensitive skin. I have stayed in a hotel with substandard hygiene before. I couldn't sleep all night and felt uncomfortable and itchy all over. But not here at all! My feeling when entering the house is: clean and tidy, no peculiar smell, transparent and bright. Facilities: Great mattress! Very comfortable. Unlike most hotels, the mattress here is moderately soft and hard, and I can fall asleep very quickly every day. There is also a large TV in the room that can project the screen. My mother stayed in the hotel for the whole day and enjoyed it. I would also like to say that this is a hotel that pays attention to details, and it feels like the hotel staff have work in their eyes. Especially the duty manager! When we first arrived, he brought us some fruit, and when he saw me getting hot water at the front desk, he took the initiative to help press the elevator. Because it was late to go to the airport and we had already checked out, we wanted to sit in the hotel lobby first. The manager saw us and immediately brought us some water. The good service and good sanitary environment are really worthy of me writing such a great review spontaneously. I will stay here again next time I come to Beijing!

Location: Very good location, very near metro station ( 100 meter in looping line 10). So convenient to take the metro to all places of interest. Take only 40min to travel to airport. If you are tourist, recommend to stay here. Cleanliness: Very clean room, bath tub is nice and clean for a soak after a long day to tourist spot. They provide clean water and housekeeping daily. Facilities: Bed is so comfortable and tv channels are good. Everything is touch screen mode in room. Shower is strong too. Breakfast is not extensive but it is delicious and spread is nice for tourist, both local and oversea tourist. Services: Everyone is so polite and attentive, ranging from the receptionists to housekeeping and chef. Special mention of the breakfast auntie and night auntie whom is ever so accommodating and thoughful to make sure we ate enough and amentities in room are in good woriing order. 非常熱情的夜班袁阿姨 :) Bottomline: It is indeed a very nice boutique hotel. We truly enjoy our stay here. Definitely will stay here when I visit Beijing again. For tourists, places of interest does not revolve around tiananmen area only. Travelling to scenic area at out skirt area using metro is the most convenient way. and the metro station Tuanjiehu cirles around and link to all lines that will take you to places of interest. If you travel to hotel by metro, exit C to hotel. You will not regret choosing this hotel for your vacation. small suggestion: We wished that breakfast will end at 10pm instead of 9.30pm. The room is very unique. The moment I opened the door, I felt like I was looking forward to it. It is very transparent. The actual area is larger than it looks in the photo. The clever layout makes some disadvantages of the space become advantages. Layer by layer, you can change the scenery while moving. Sometimes I really feel like I am back in Kyoto. The hotel service is warm and the hardware facilities are very good

It was a nice stay. Very clean place. And a very good location. The staff is very nice. It is my 3rd stay at this hotel i really recommend it.

Hotel is on the east side of Beijing near a shopping mall and adjacent to the line 6 metro station. For the money paid it was certainly value for money and the room was clean and large with nice windows. Certainly would have been much more expensive in central Beijing. There was some noise on the corridor from businessmen that had been enjoying themselves but overall good sleep. I had breakfast outside as the hotel breakfast is relatively expensive.

The hotel is nice. The bed base was low but I slept good. Even all the lights on the room was dim. I didn’t like that as I love a lot of light. That was on the bathroom but not the bedroom. The bath tub had a subtle ring around it so I used the overheard shower and showered while standing. I enjoyed the water and tea supplies. There is Lawson downstairs and that is super convenient. I think there should be an option to take food in a takeaway during breakfast. I think ¥110 is a lot for the portion you end up eating before you are quickly full. Overall, it was a good stay.

Our original plan was to stay for 3 nights, but there was a change of plans hence we brought forward our stay for another 2 nights, making it a total of 5 nights. The location of the hotel was good, within 10mins walk to hujiaolou metro station. Bed was comfy but the room was very small. As mentioned in my earlier review, we had booked Guestroom (Double) but it seemed that we were being downgraded to a Superior room instead, looking at the room layout. Moreover, the initial downgraded room that was given to us had a missing toilet door, and after we feedback to the receptionist, we were then told that they had forgotten to inform us of the missing door. Was appalled by their reply, and why would they even assign a hotel room that is not ready for use? When checking out, there was another local guest who complained to the reception about the small rooms which did not resemble the photos on the website at all. I for one, would definitely not return to this Atour hotel again.

I always choose Atour when traveling. The front desk room service is warm and the check-in is fast. The room facilities are complete. Xiaodu can control the lights and air conditioning.
